Best little venue in Southend, music, staff, vibe and security. Has nice cosy upstairs, and open garden, beers wine and food service

·

Amazing place to go. Had a sample of the food that's gonna be coming from this place and was unfathomably impressed! Great venue and an even better host!

·

they are racist and have aggressive rude disrespectful bouncers and a manager who does not care about their staff being racist but instead supports them. They called many bouncers down to the female toilets for just me and my friend and outside they were grabbing and pushing us with so much force!!!

·

Really great selection of music and reasonably priced drinks. Annie's was a solid night out for people not looking for clubbing

In need of decorating, OMG, only pop in to c a DJ I know that come from wales and had to pay £15 for the privilege.

£5 entry for an awful experience. The toilets were grim and nobody maintains them (cups in the urinal along with other things) and the cubical toilet was jammed and overflowing with you know what… no soap or hand dryer either baring in mind hygiene in a pandemic is quite important!Drinks wise, the Guinness was served out of a can even though there is a pump that doesn’t work. The Birra Moretti was also broken, two other Beaverton IPA and Red Stripe were out so was left to drink spirits. Upon ordering doubles, I noticed they didn’t even measure the amount I wanted. FYI:Single - 25mlDouble - 50mlI watched as the bartender poured what looked like 10ml but charged me for double. They use very small plastic cups kids drink from so that you can still taste the abysmally small amount of spirit they add to the drink - drunk people won’t notice or question it. Good con, bad moral.Don’t ever drink here.

Serverly under staffed, waiting more than 30 min at the bar and then told to move as I was by the area they decided to place glasses. A barman told me that he couldn't serve me as was too drunk. There was a lot of unhappy customers waiting to be served
