Asian Station in Southend-on-Sea

Went into the shop to order, first time trying this place and I wasn't impressed. Didn't even get to order a complete order let alone try the food. Got served and half way through ordering our food she decided to answer the phone and carried on talking to the person on the other end of the phone for about 15 minutes while we were still standing there waiting to complete our order, so in the end we decided to walk out and go else where, I will definitely not be going back to this Chinese.

First time using this takeaway and really enjoyed it. Collection was ready at agreed time and food tasted great. Will definitely use again!

The best Chinese takeaway in Southend! Delicious food, quick service, reasonable prices and the kitchen looks spotlessly clean.Highly recommend.

They said delivery was too far even though is it 1 mile away, and they took my money and didn't cancel the delivery till after one hour of waiting, thanks a lot 👍 Ordered of Uber Eats

Just Eat order. 2 hours still waiting. Been delivered already according to them but no food on my plate. Obviously can’t cope running this sort of business and customer service shocking. Don’t bother! Easier to cook myself.

Two hours waiting and four calls later to be told everytime a few minutes or it’s just left! We understand if it’s busy and are usually happy to wait but don’t say it’s left or it’s on its way if it isn’t true!! Annoyed as we’ve never had a problem before this!

Our regular take away, always great tasting food. Excellent choice of dishes.

Nice change from your usual Chinese. We have only ordered Thai food from here and it's decent. Not a lot to compare it to locally but we like it.

Poor, no one understood me when I put my order through on the phone. They eventually read it back to me correctly. Told me 30/40min delivery. 1hr 10mins later it turns up and order is wrong. When i phone to say order is wrong, the lady wants to argue with me. Asked for all the food to be resent out. But end up with the delivery driver picking up the Chinese and giving my money back. Why not just send the right order out again. Never to return
