Lovely staff. Great food and wine. Only gave a 4 star as they were short staffed and it was quite a long wait.

Table for 4 booked for 1930 ..some things missing from menu...waited an hour for starters ..main course was mixed up .which led to 3 of us eating and 1 person waiting for dinner .Complained to Manager who was apologetic..waived the bill .which was a nice gesture. But we won't be back

Considering this is one of the UK's most ubiquitous chains this branch is surprisingly charming and enjoyable. All the food we had was well prepared and tasty. Reasonable range and all crowd pleasers. Nothing to rock your world but satisfying stuff. We had an issue with one side of potatoes being undercooked and it was removed without hesitation and without me asking. I confess to being sucked in by the hanging lights and fake vines too!

Food really good, verdure pizza had generous toppings and tasted great. We had the sharing starter which was delicious but a little over priced for what we actually got. Staff friendly.

We were running out of places to get a seat on 12/2/22 3pm, till we arrived outside ASK. We were lucky to get a big round table as their were five of us, and had plenty of room. We had varied choices, I fancied a Pizza as it was a long since I had one. Had a large bottle of beer.. The food was lovely and a few staff came out together with the food. Their was a nice welcome at the door and the staff friendly. Had a nice chat with the lady in charge before i left. It is really a nice place too chill out.

Absolutely shocking. Pasta was full of water, no way the sauce was fresh. Pizza tasted like a frozen Tesco. Salad was a joke. Possibly the worst place I've eaten in years.

Had the private room for my sons 18th birthday. All the family had a good time. Highly recommended.

Best. Italian. Ever! The garlic bread was the best of all, it was very stringy, in a Goodway, it was delicious. We had to wait ages for everything, even though it wasn't even busy. Our drinks were On a tray sitting on the bar desktop and waitresses(ers) walked past it multiple times without bringing it. We were really thirsty

Never had a bad experience with this restaurant chain and we ve tried a few in different areas....absolutely love it and def recommend.the food is lovely. Things are different with the ordering as all done at table on app but no different to other restaurants..on the plus side no waiting for your order to be taken as you do it when you re ready and add to it as you go along...Great,thank you
