Bamboo Garden in Southend-on-Sea

I was a walk in placed my order and after 15mins was told my main wasn't available spoke with their delivery driver and he said its always like this..... food wasn't even that good. Won't be coming here again

I ordered online yesterday and asked for delivery at 9.15pm 15 mintues later it turned up 8pm I was ordering it for a friend coming from london who would be here by 9pm. Waste of money as the barbecue ribs was mostly in water and the rest of it was inedible.

This Chinese must now have new owners !1 January 2021Has it has now got the worst food ever !We ordered Kung poo it’s was hard and tough and over cooked it was impossible to eat .Same goes for butterfly prawn that resembled burnt breadcrumbs on sticks . They forgot one of our orders completely but we had been charged .The egg fried rice was a funny burnt brown colour with no egg in it! We have given them after complaints to them a second chance but the food ended up in the Bin !!They should change their cook, or will soon lose all of their customers !!

I loved bamboo Garden , but I'd never order again had missing items called and was told I didnt order them to then look at my bank transactions to see i did order the items, called again and was hung up on and once I called back they sent my items but I also found metal in my spring rolls.

My part of the takeaway was horrific. Oily, greasy, stodgy, flavourless. I certainly won't be giving them any more custom.

Diners beware. just like to sayNew people under new management.It was one of the worst Chinese meals i have ever eaten. Will not be going back oh the prices have gone up too.

Great food! Always hot, and very quick delivery!Only complaint is the king prawn dishes have got smaller and prices gone up. 8/10

We requested a delivery time of 19:40.Food arrived at 18:25 and we told driver to go away.Came back late at 19:55 - same driver went to wrong house and food was cold, chewy and rubbery. They clearly have served up the food from over an hour earlier. Totally unacceptable and not nice food. Very expensive too.

After realising when I got home that they had forgot to put our satay sauce in the bag, I called up to be told that it was put in the bag and to look again. The lady was adamant that it was in there when it was not. The delivery man dropped a pot off at my address and it was tiny. I called up to ask if that was the usual size and I was told that it is expensive and she thought she put it on the first time so I paid £1.60 for something I didn't really get. Not only that, it didn't taste like peanut at all and was very very watery. So my whole meal was spoilt because by the time I ate it it was cold. Will not be ordering again.

I'd always loved bamboo garden but I won't be going back. Egg fried rice without a trace if egg. Honey ribs had what resembled burnt toffee in the tray and were half their usual size. Quite frankly fir what I ordered it was the most expensive Chinese I've ever had. Never again, I'd ordered it to cheer myself up and now I'm miserable.
