Food was cold, only one piece of chicken in the chicken chow mein and two tiny thin slithers the rest was full of veg but no chicken! Noodles were oily and the egg fried rice tasted like it was boiled rice! Mini spring rolls were ok.

·

Squid was overcooked. Ribs were dry. Seaweed was sweet. Dumplings were dry. Beef had very little beef, but OK veg. Foo yueng was ok. Generally poor value for money.

·

Rice wasn't fried more like plain boiled egg rice, mushrooms in the king prawn were not cooked and looked old, soggy chips and a random large bit of meet found in plain noodles which didn't look very nice ( stringy) won't be ordering again

I ordered a chicken dish with ginger but there was no ginger.Lots of vegetables that were not listed.Too much gravy and the chicken had been boiled first in salty water the chicken was so salty it gave me a raging thirst and sent blood pressure sky high. I did not even try to eat the beef dish I took the dishes back for a refund but the staff got stroppy. Now taking this further. I do not recommend this takeaway.

Food was great! Ingredients all taste really fresh and home made, I ordered tofu which not all Chinese restaurants do and they did not disappoint! Arrived 20 minutes early which was a bonus 😊

Ordered food at 6 which was due for delivery at 7.30. 7.45 arrived and no food so chased it up to be told it was due in 10 minutes, they was just waiting for a driver.8 o’clock came round and just asked if the driver couldn’t find the flat (happens a lot) for them to inform me no, it’s fine, they’ll be 5 minutes. 8.30 runs round and still no food. Chased up again for them to say the driver was still on their way.Food arrived at 8.40, but with some to the order missing. Informed the restaurant and it was sent straight back out to me.Food was average at best and definitely not worth the almost 3 hour wait. Can see why it’s the only Chinese available on UberEats!!

Not a nice experience at all, ordered about 18:48, estimated delivery about an hour, actually arrived 20:40, nearly two hours waiting. Had a text before the hour was up to say there was a delay, had a follow up text 15 minutes later to say it was on its way but we were still waiting after another 20 odd minutes. The driver offered no reason or apology for the lateness.Opened it up to find the food was chilly. There was a huge bone and wet lettuce in the duck. The large beef chow mein had 2 bits of beef in, one piece each for the 2 of us. The pork ribs were sitting in very watery bbq saucey soup which was gross. Absolutely not worth £27 and definitely not worth waiting nearly two hours for. Very disappointing.

I WAS a regular customer but not anymore- 2 hours after placing my order we are still waiting. Rang them twice and both times they don’t give a monkeys. Not interested no apology, nothing. avoid at all costs another Chinese will now get our business, who btw would probably appreciate it more than this tin pot business. Couldn’t speak to anyone other than the teenager who answers the phone- totally amateur. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t bother. Ordered at 7.50. It’s now 22:24 and still waiting for our food. Yes that’s nearly 3 hours we’ve waited. I had to call them for the update, heard nothing from their side. No apology offered at all. Told food was leaving in 5 minutes and 30 minutes later when I called back it still hadnt. No idea how they’re in business I will never order from them again

Ordered family feast for 3 plus house special chow mein for my sons birthday, & my god what a feast!! So much food, great value & delicious! By far best Chinese I’ve had in 6yrs of living in Southend! Good timing on delivery service also. Now will be my regular Chinese restaurant 👌
