Great and friendly customer service , we order something that wasn’t in the Menu’, but they happily made the platter of salumi misti , especially for us , and me and my daughter were very impressed as we felt at home , a real Italian hospitality and accommodating manners. And great pizzas too, by the way 🤩

We had a party of 10 and the service was amazing. The food was so delicious and due to allergies we could have things cooked fresh..will definitely go there again 100% for service and hospitality.

Honestly best pizza and pasta in town! Our 5 year old absolutely loves it here, she’s been entertained by the waiters every single time we came here and tonight she had just as much fun! They don’t have a kids menu but they would make a small bowl of plain pasta for kids. Strongly recommend it !

This restaurant discriminates against autistic children they also pay people to write fake 5 star positive reviews on here. THEY WONT EVEN ADMIT OR ADDRESS THEIR WRONGDOING ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA and claim "you don't know the full story"... the full story of how you refused to serve an autistic child food? Disgusting restaurant and shame on anyone who supports them.

Worst Sicilian Cannoli ever tasted! Way past their freshness and date of sale! 🤬. Filling was so old and shrunk it actually tasted sour rather than sweet! Shells were soft and wet. Waste of money, binned after first mouthful. Una vergogna da vero! Fattemi piacere and cambieti negozio!

We live locally and eat here all the time. The food is always excellent. Authentic fresh Italian pasta, pizza and more. We’ve always received, and witnessed, friendly and welcoming service. Highly recommend.

This restaurant comes highly recommended, my father is Italian and this is the only restaurant which comes close to his homemade cooking! On a separate note, I've been surprised to read some very erroneous reviews from people who were clearly not at the restaurant when this apparent recent event occurred, with biased and unfair write ups, accusing the restaurant of bulling and then themselves doing the same in their laughable reviews!! With the most basic of "Instagram" stories from the woman who is accusing but not actually explaining the full story. How was the owner to even know that the child was autistic?! Come on now from what people have told me, this woman is a complete drama queen and has only proved this with her detrimental motives. Shame on you. Eatalia, we support you and always will.

Sadly, removing your Google info / reviews because the owner (Giorgio) shouted AT A CHILD..." I DON'T WANT YOUR AUTISTIC CHILD IN MY RESTAURANT" then refused to address it or even apologies to the family to which he also threatened with physical violence, and then introducing your, now erased, google reviews still doesn't avoid the fact of what happened. Sure you deleted the wave of 1* reviews and lied to the local paper, maybe next time you can avoid all this by actually being a compassionate human ,accepting accountability and understand shouting at children is not the making of a man, but a coward. just a thought.

The issues with the "Lee Marmite" review is that it's all pure fabrication, and if anything it's made the owner of the establishment look, well silly. Lee's review states that the owner all a sudden employed 2 teenage boys with Autism. So, he should be fully aware of how people on the spectrum behave. Him shouting at a family that he does not want autistic children in his own business now not only makes him a hypocrite but also incredibly ignorant, and YES the situation DID happen. Further more, the original posts were removed for one of two reasons. Google halts and suspends reviews if there is a sudden influx of negativity, or the more logical answers is the owner removed them all himself. Hence why we are leaving kind reminders that this business discriminates people with Autism. Finally, If it did lead to legal proceedings, maybe the owner should be aware of the legal requirements for ALL businesses in regards to serving disabled people. Thanks Lee Marmite, but next time try using facts?
