Best ever place to eat gamble and have fun . Amazing staff and place

We are coming annually for my birthday and it never disappoints the staff is helpful the food was very tastyAtmosphere is great but one negative the minimum stake at the live roulette tables gone up from £1 to £5 !!!that is a big jump do they have to get back their losses from COVID that quickly ???I'm sure more people would play if they reinstate £1 or slightly higher ..otherwise it was great ...

Food was expensive so I expected better quailty steak. The ribeye was tough with quite a bit of sinew. It was cooked really well. The chips were very dry. My wife's duck was overcooked. The only saving grace was the staff who were excellent and were very attentive and helpful. We got a free amuse-bush to sample which was amazing. Wish I had that as a starter.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, especially if your a newbie like me. They take time to explain how it all works and what it all means, I really appreciated that. We visited here for my birthday and had a great time.We had food in the restaurant and the service was incredibly slow, that's why I didn't give the full 5⭐. Never turn up hungry!! It wasn't a busy night and took over 2 hours to get mains... having said that, the food is top notch and amazing. Drinks are reasonably priced and bar staff friendly. Overall a fab night out, something for everyone and I will definitely be returning.

Came here for my sons friends birthday, the food was really good, couldn't fault it. Great atmosphere with the music and dance floor and felt like everyone was having a good Time.I'm not the most experienced when it comes to casinos but the staff were helpful from signing up on the way in to explaining how the games works.I only bet what I was prepared to lose and managed to walk away with a small profit. I'd definitely come back again in the future.

Great place. staff are friendly and helpful. even if you don't like to gamble still a good place to go for a night out.

We go to Genting every couple of weeks and have been doing so for many years. Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, good security, decent prices and plenty of choice on slots, cards and roulette, love it.

I don't gamble but it's a lovely place for a couple of cheeky drinks after the pubs close. Friendly staff, comfortable environment & obviously lots of gambling if that's your thing.

Had a company Xmas lunch today but was kept standing in the cold as ID was requested before we entered. Our company wasn't told so we had a lot of confusion on the door...loads waiting in the wind and cold. 95pc of us are over 21 so can't see why they wanted photo ID! Because of this our meal was delayed so not a very good experience overall.

Great casino, great staff but they have upped the minimum hand price on blackjack to £10 from £2. Cannot play for fun anymore as the price is so high.
