I have been visiting this restaurant for several years, I was always happy and kept coming back. but recently it has changed the fish and chips are not good there anymore, the fish swimming in the oil is uneatable. I was not given a cup to the water, as I noticed that this fish cannot be eaten, I was ignored. shame because it used to be a nice restaurant, it was my last visit to las vegas

100% the best fish and chips shop on the sea front, I’ve never been disappointed and it’s my go to every time we visit from London. Fresh, crisp and not too greasy. Winner every time!

·

Unfortunately the worst chips I've had in Southend, and the burger and bun was hard and burnt curry sauce was a water.

·

Great family experience and the fish and chips were fresh and side salad was too! Great staff worth the visit.

Went here on Friday after a day in southend. The best cod I’ve ever eaten and the chips were really nice to. Lady that runs it was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to going back very soon.

Myself, my sister and little niece were out with her school beach trip and we walked into this lovely fish and chips restaurant. The lovely Alison was a gem and her service was so warm and welcoming.Would recommend this to Everyone... Delish food and wonderful quick service.

We were looking for somewhere to munch after a couple of hours of checking out the local attractions, we've been to a few other places to eat in the past which weren't the best so picked this new joint for us.The location was nice, pretty much on the strip which is prefect. The place itself was alright, had what you'd expect from a place like this. The food was rather tasty, better than some of the other places we've been before, hands down. All in all, good place to go and eat.

Good food, nice sized portions but slightly overpriced at approx £10 for small cod and chips and £2 for a mug of coffee. Wheelchair access was easy but difficult to find a suitable table for a wheelchair since chairs are fixed down and wheelchair blocked the aisle.

Fantastic place for fish and chips. Food was great, staff were friendly. We ordered 2 cod & chips, 2 curry sauce, 1 mushy peas, I portion of bread and butter (2 slices) and two diet cokes and it came to about £28, so great value.
