They had run out of pasies so had steak slice instead very nice , had to wait 10 mins for sausage rolls but not surprised as they are tasty

·

it was meant to be sausages and bacon. got no sausages and the bacon was cremated

·

Used to love Gregg's, but you can't guarantee getting s hot (or even warm) roll or pastie any more. I blame the government.

·

Cracking service. Out of sausage rolls. Cooked fresh ones and even bought them out to us as the store could only hold certain volume of people due to covid

·

We collect waste food from the previous day to help feed the homeless and those caught in food poverty for Southend Vineyard Storehouse. Staff are great.

·

The best sausage rolls ever an the lattes are not bad either. Dont forget to take a pack of donuts home for tea

·

The food is good what I don't understand is is when you bye Steak Bake they ask you if you going to take it away and if you say no they charge your 50p more I don't agree with that if you go to shops away from you have the same thing they don't charge you 50p on 1.50 steak bake,

If it's quick coffee on the go or a snack with a friend this is place to goThey do do called hot pastys pizzas and other hot pastry snacks but I never find the filling was enough for my likingThere pre packed rolls are quite nice and fresh and do have a very good range of rolls and sandwichesTheir cake selection is ok but vastly too geared towards young children who are in my mind the very generation who we should encourage to eat correctly but the parents get themselves coffee and obviously children want the pretty colour cakesTheir display is very poorly showing all the things that the medical profession advice us not to havePlus the cleanliness leaves much to be desired bins never emptied and tables filthySaying all that if I just want quick roll/sandwich I do pop in sometimes

Greggs. Always there when you need a hot drink and a cake. There morning breakie is cheap and good hence 5 stars. Like there bacon and sausage bagget. As dont like sausage. But like small ones as tast lot better. And bacons always better than mcdonalds
