Went in to watch the boxing, had some food & drink, polite & helpful staff thank you Mark hospitality manager wonderful service

Better than Genting, food for me was brilliant, but my wife couldn't eat hers as chicken undercooked. Staff were friendly, and they have done away with the 50p tables it seems. Went before 9pm and was quite empty.

been this casino 4 times each time the fruit machines dont seen to pay much .no one ask me if i wanted a drink and they was not many people playing in there ,,i smiled at a member of staff who did not smile back quite rude ,,genting casino is much better that why there are lots of people playing in there and they serve drink and food all day ,

The attitude we received from the door staff was absolutely apauling. Me and my friends were kicked out of the casino for taking a drink outside into the smoking area. One of the staff proceeded to mock and condescend us for not wanting to leave a drink unattended at the bar as my girlfriend was worried about it being spiked. The staff claimed that we would have to keep an eye on the drink through two sets window/doors but wanting to enjoy out night we didn't want that to be of concern.Instead of reasoning with us we were told we were being disrespectful and that our worries were not valid and in turn was removed from the premises. I'm not happy with the attitude we received and how the situation was dealt with. There was a complete disregard for womens safety.Ignorant and rude staff, I would not recommend going here and would go to gentings casino down the road instead.

Had a very nice time at this Casino, the security and door staff were really welcoming and all of the staff were friendly and approachable. Croupiers were great with explaining table rules and the general atmosphere inside was warm and welcoming. Venue was clean/Well staffed and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.
