Indian Diner in Southend-on-Sea

Good value for money on Tuesday eves. 3 courses for £14.95.

Had a takeaway delivery last night and the food was very good.Real chicken (not that rubbery frozen stuff we’ve been getting from other places) and it tasted like it was freshly cooked. Only reason it doesn’t get five stars is we waited about an hour and a quarter for it to arrive, I was told 45 to an hour so not terrible but started to worry when it hadn’t turned up by ten past. Would definitely recommend trying this place.

Ordered food for four people. Told one hour but took two hours to arrive. Called twice to ask where the order was and lied too twice that it is on its way. First time we have ordered from them and the last. The bag had obviously been sitting around for ages as the breads were all sweaty and cold. The onion bhajees were undercooked and doughy. Unacceptable.

It was real tasty but they forgot to add the rice we ordered.

Best indian food in the area, visit often and am never dissapointed with the food or service. The jalori is amazing.

Food was very good indeed, could well be the new"go to" curry house.

This is the best Indian restaurant around. The staff do their best to look after you whilst you're there, but the best part is the food quality! Everything is cooked really well, meat is soft and tender, prawns are really exceptional and any meat is well marinated and seasoned. These guys deserve their high rating for their quality and brilliant attitude to customers.

40+ years I avoided the foul glue that is okra. I love Indian Diner food, so tried it, unwillingly, for my health.I'm outragedAll these years I've missed, it was gorgeous, really delicious. Thank goodness for this place, I trust the chef and was duly repaid handsomely.Never had a poor meal - always takeaway or delivery - so why go elsewhere?I highly recommend the restaurant

Experienced first takaway and recieved by delivery. Absolutely delicious and on time, aswell as hot on arrival. Couldn't fault any of the meals. Meats were tender and everything cooked really nicely. The man taking the order was clear and polite and the delivery driver was polite and professional towards my partner.Definitely will be returning and looking forward to it again.Thank you Indian Diner.

It was a good meal, nice surroundings. But, expensive for what you had. Also fairly quiet, which meant the 5 waiters had little to do other than watch diners. This made me feel uncomfortable. Not sure I would go back.
