Kfc Langley Mill in Southend-on-Sea

Really good service and very clean toilets. Was served by a woman called Danielle and she was exceptional, so friendly and patient.

Not a great experience, staff leaning around talking behind the counter, guy taking the order didn't seem to understand the order placed and I ended up with gravy (not ordered) but no dipping sauces (ordered). Also notice I was charged more for the meals than the prices quoted on the board- is this a normality for KFC?? No Krushems to take away due to not cups available and no hot drinks either. Would not recommend.

No napkins in takeaway or wipes. No customer toilets or was that because we were (English) Travellers in a pick up truck. Chicken only just cooked on bone.

Food was good but had to wait ages for it. Wasn't that busy just no one seemed to know what to do serving food.

Love the drive through, it's pretty unique. Reminds of a ghost train at the fayre only they don't scare you, they give you chicken.

Had to que for a while at the drive thru due to demand. Staff were very good and polite despite the volume of customers. Skin on fries are still horrible tasting .

🤢🤢🤮🤮None of order was right..had to take 3 tower burgers back because they were missing the important crispy coating only one was slightly covered..they quickly apologised and sent 3 more out..missing other items which we had to go collect!Floors around tables covered in food and tables weren't cleaned..ok it was after Southend firework show so it was evening!Toilets no loo roll and no hand soap!🧐

Not the best of experiences. Ok to be fair we didn't get to the drive through until 22.45, 15 minutes before they closed.They had limited availability to choose from, Fair enough it's cooked fresh, or so we thought. Thinking thats why they didn't have the full menu maybe?My partner made a point of asking will be hot? It's not just the stuff you haven't sold your giving us is it?'No, it's fresh and will be hot!'Well, it wasn't! It was dry, luke warm at best.The sauces we asked for on chicken bites was wrong, chicken stripes cold and dry, the zinger burger the same.To top off, my partner contacted KFC's head office following procedure, and has spent two days emailing back and forth trying to get a 'jesture of good will' voucher as they don't do refunds....Not great customer service ☹

Service in this restaurant is so slow I wish it was not our local one, tonight another 45 minute wait for a simple boneless meal. At least 2 out of 5 visits order is missing something, never anything extra soda law.

This is the 1st time I've been to this Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet, which also has a drive through and it'll also be the last. At one point I counted 7 staff but only one serving and she seemed completely uninterested. I then sat down to eat my food and could hear the rest of the staff yelling at one another from the kitchen area. On the plus side it was clean but also empty and void of any other custom. The only other positive was that it was open. Not a place I could recommend but I suppose when you're really hungry it could be convenient!! It's also on a one way system so you have to drive round a small block to get to it. Nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend !!
