Madigan's Cafe in Southend-on-Sea

Madigans. .. Now the Boat House is a lovely little cafe. The food is excellent! My one problem is that they do not have a toilet for customers

Now called The Boat House. So pleased to see this great friendly cafe open againI went for breakfast with my family and will certainly go again.

Fantastic cafe nice and friendly staff and only to pleased to help..and the food not bad has well....

Small and cosy place, good friendly service, food was pretty good if i remember right

Now known as shelby cafe had to wait for sandwiches but was good enough. Could be quicker though.

Now the boat house had a fantastic breakfast and coffees with Sheila K thanks Kelly Will be back soon x

Visited this Cafe early this week.A warm Essex welcome awaits you. Breakfast here was nice. I had the Shelby breakfast. Did not need anything till tea time.Yum.
