Mama's Pizza House in Southend-on-Sea

We have ordered from Mamas Pizza for years. We have never been disappointed A******

First time ordering from mama’s pizza, and it will not be the last. Super quick delivery. Food was still very hot. Really tasty, cooked perfectly. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. It was very well prepared and presented. I’m so impressed.

Delivery on time, pizzas were lovely, clean cooking and crusts were nice fresh and crispy. Very good quality will definitely get from here again.

My friends and I ordered from Mama’s Pizza tonight for the first time after receiving a menu through the letterbox and this is what we think of it ….- A massive thumbs up to the very friendly and informative staff that seems to be hard to come by these days, (i took forever to decide between the different Italian Cuisines they had to offer and the member of staff i was speaking to was very helpful and patient with a very indecisive customer that was asking alot of questions😂😂 )-The Delivery time was Superb also especially for a saturday night we got our food within half an hour to 35 minutes of ordering which we were ecstatic aboutI ordered the Home made Beef Lasagne with a side of Cheesy Curly fries and a peice of Strawberry Cheese cake for dessert and MY GOD WAS IT GOOD…..- 10/10 for the Taste, Presentation, Quality of food (It was very fresh) Lasagne was delicious and was still piping hot when arrived same to be said for the cheesy curly fries and lastly the Strawberry Cheese Cake was amazing aswell, very fresh and very tastyOverall, we absolutely loved it and cant wait to try the 19” XXL Pizza which caught our eye glancing over the menu whilst waiting for our food to arrive, We’re definitely ordering from here again and would strongly encourage anybody reading this to do so aswell!!!👍👍

Do not order from here. They have a scumbag for a so called 'manager' being rude and aggressive to a young woman telling her your not getting your delivery darling and you better talk to deliveroo. Telling her they are gonna add extra money on the order even though the order has been paid for via the app and should have been delivered.He then decides to tell her to shut up and that deliveroo is wrong.This is clearly a problem between the company and deliveroo. They should not be taking money and not refunding people saying that its your problem. When he is the one ringing the customers telling them he is not doing the order and the money is gone. I wonder how many people they finesse on a regular basis . 🤔

Shocking service, I ordered through Deliveroo. I wanted to change the address half an hour before the delivery was scheduled as saw it was incorrect, they still delivered to the wrong address and refused to rectify the situation. The guy on the phone was quite friendly but could hear very rude management in the background. Just very bad service, quite shocked at how rude they were actually……..

tasty food, staff were always sanitizing after handling with money, all round clean and nice shop.

I just ordered two pizza's. Meat feast & a Mama's house special. Totally good value for money. Lots of flavour & plenty of tasty topping's. Quick delivery too. Keep up the good work.😊👍.

After being fed up of paying crazy money on larger pizza franchises who always end up messing up the order, I thought I'd give this place a go. Glad I did too! Excellent value for money, food is always prompt, tastes good and the staff are top notch!
