Mcdonald's Restaurants in Southend-on-Sea

It's McDonalds. The menu has improved of late. It's reasonably priced. You know what you are getting.However, a third of the counter area is now dedicated to delivery drivers. It's a mess. You need a better solution.

Only McDonalds I've ever reviewed! Top class service. The staff were so attentive, even asked how our breakfast was and removed our tray when we were finished. Very polite and quick service. Always good prices.

Every single time we come through this drive through we’re parked up while they cook the food. This time we’ve ordered a double cheese burger and two cheeseburgers and we’ve still been parked. To make matters worse, the car behind us got their large order first! The manager is rude and doesn’t accept complaint!

bruv why is the machine always broken for the mcflurries and frappes i know u be lying man. don’t be lazy and make me that good yum yum

Yummy,don't have it often,but I do love there coffee!we take some of the kids xin there occasionally, for a treat!

It wasn't busy with customers in there however we had to wait quite a while as they were more interested in sorting the food orders for the delivery people rather than people sitting in the restaurant waiting to eat.When food arrived, the inside of my burger bun was burnt, there was a hair in one of the chip packs, the chocolate milkshake tasted of banana, the chips were too crunchy and the coke zero tasted soapy - not a good experience.

Our last two orders, for family of 4, the 1/3 of the food was missing, the drinks lid's were caked in parfume, they forever messing our orders up and there has been a few occasions when the food took more than an hour to arrive, so you can guess, it was cold...Whether is McDonald's or Uber one of them is always causing a problem. Don't order from this one.

Always busy, tight for room, not enough seating and staff don't seem very happy. Food was OK, but only just warm when we finally got it.

Reasonably priced, food not to bad. would recommend the cappuccino coffee and Apple pies.🙂staff quite quick with orders to.

Very clean tidy place and food coffee was nice and hot recommend this place
