took three vouchers off me and charged me for 3 and only gave me one. they won't give me a refund.

Absolutely disgusting. Food and rubbish across tables, floors and seats. Half hour wait on table service food. I have never eaten in such a disgraceful McDonald's where the standards are usually high.

A much different experience than the store I visited earlier in the day. It’s a fairly standard McDonalds, food was ok service was good.The only criticism was that the tables were not being cleaned quick enough, there were many empty tables but covered in rubbish or residue of others food.It may be that they were short staffed due to covid, but they were not overly busy and surely making people clean their own seats is not great.Visited on a Sunday at 2.30pm.

Better than the Odeon McDonalds, also better seating areas, seating upstairs isn't wheelchair accessible
