Mughal Dynasty in Southend-on-Sea

This place used to be great. The service and food used to be great. However, now, I can't say anything good about it. The service is shocking and on 2 occasions now, even after repeatedly mentioning an allergy on both occasions they forgot and just prepared the dish as normal. It was pure fluke we noticed on both occasions and didn't end up in A&E. The appology on reporting this and confirming was empty and pathetic. Much like their customer service. If you have allergies, steer clear. They don't care.

By far the best in the area. Really good value food and drinks for either eating in or taking away. Lovely service every time. I'd never choose to go to any other Indian with Mughal just down the road!

Can you tell me what the sliced green leaf are as I say pandam leaf and my friend says it’s lime leaf. What ever it is, it’s delicious. My favourite dish.

A very fine Indian restaurant and takeaway. A lifesaver during lockdown and a good place for a meal with friends. Good service, good food

Very good authentic food, great service and not that expensive. I definitely would recommend it

We ordered food at 6:50 and were told it would arrive by 8. With no food at 8:30 we called them and they said it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we called and they again told us 15 minutes. Then we proceeded to call them multiple times but they didn't answer. When the food eventually arrived the driver said they had turned off the phones as they were having multiple complaints. Absolutely shambolic service, will never be ordering from here again.

They are now allowing customers to dine in and are taking all of the correct precautions. Cutlery is not in the tables when arriving, screens or tables are set at the correct distance and staff are wearing masks and gloves. We’re only going to restaurants that are taking the government advice seriously and Mughal Dynasty are 10/10.

Very Disappointed!!!!!I have been eating here for a 7/8 years now and I have never had any problems.The food is always tasty and the service is great.There has been some changes to the staff since my time coming here and the waiter who came to serve our table on Wednesday didn’t have any self care. He was smelling very bad and whilst he was talking to us there was a horrible rotten smell which came out of his mouth.This affected us to enjoy our meal.I had requested this to my colleagues at work but I was ashamed.I will never ever come back to eat here again!!!!!

We had lunch here a few times while on the visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. We enjoyed the view with our delicious food and lunch. Must try!
