Nando's - Southend in Southend-on-Sea

As a Portuguese, I never understood the concept... 😅 But gotta say its actually quite tasty. Had a fino pitta with some grilled pineapple and it was good. Definitely a place to visit on a day out ☺️

Ok at the end of the day this is just another Nandos branch. Same food different venue. However I do have to say it was very clean and the staff went out of the way to accommodate our requirements for our table of 4. One of the better ones. Situated very central to Southend highstreet.

Best service best food and best atmosphere. In general it was a great day and we enjoyed our lunch I even got to taste the ice tea punch it was delicious 😋

Food as always is excellent, some staff members are very welcoming some aren't. Tonight a young Irish chap called Marc was brilliant!😒 The state of the men's toilet is shocking though... No toilet roll available, actually one was on the floor wet of whatever! Absolutely not what Nando's should be proud of. HQ will hear from me.

Food arrived quicker than me in the bedroom.Had hardly put my phone down and got a drink before my starters were served.Mains were there shortly after.Peach tea banging, hot spice chicken decent, halloumi & chilli jam takes the win every time.Rapid service, good food, decent atmosphere.

The food was very good and service was great. Griffiths was an excellent host and all staff were clearly working very fast while keeping a smile on their faces. The only improvement I'd make would be to double the size of the portion of spicy rice - it's very small given the £4 cost.

I really enjoyed the food and the people I was with too did. It's not somewhere I'll choose to eat out but I was surprised how nice it was the piri piri chicken and chips. There was a issue about taking the rest of my bottle of wine home but they had a change of heart.

Quick service through the app. Lovely and tasty as always. Was busy and had to wait for a table but that’s expected. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Nice layout for nandos. Plenty of privacy available. Staff are great. Restaurant is not as brightly lit as most nandos due to being an older building. Feels more homely so good for a romantic date maybe. Road works outside at present but still fully accessible. Red tipped plants look great giving a nice touch . Fully recommended
