Oyster Creek Kitchen in Southend-on-Sea

The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. The waiters were lovely. My only negative point was that I had a virgin cocktail which cost as much as the alcoholic version.

Loved tge food, atmosphere and fortunately sunny weather on the day. Waitresses were lovely. Cocktails are expensive and some dishes are overpriced.

The seafood palette tastes like a pile of thawed seafood from the fridge. The food is too overpriced. It does not taste fresh. However, it appears to be ideal for photographing.However, the atmosphere and employees are very pleasant.

Is second time we come to this placeLast time we eat lobster and it was awesome.This time we come again to have lobster but unfortunately they didn’t have it and we try something new . My girl have a vegan burger and I have ribs. Unfortunately they don’t know how to cook ribs , I eat it because I was hungry but it wasn’t good at all. Will not recommend:(

This is a lovely location. And the food was good. Some better than others. I had the swordfish steak and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband’s ribs were good but not amazing. And the ceviche starter was decent but needs something. It is probably overpriced though.The drinks were nice. We will probably go back.The staff really only deserve about 3 stars. They need some training for the price point.

This place on a sunny day, with a nice cold drink overlooking the estuary, forget about it!!!I've been there recently and it made our day.The food was on spot, service was quick and the deserts were memorable.Be warned about the price, the bill looked a lot more Central London than Southend, but the food, the drinks, service and location make up for it.Would greatly recommend!

A summers evening outside at the Oyster Creek Kitchen and the food and service was great. Portions are of a good size and very tasty. The dessert were delicious too! All very well presented with lovely little touches to each dish. On a warm evening we enjoyed the views and the atmosphere was lovely. Well done everyone!

Was treated to lunch here as a birthday treat. Really enjoyed it! Food really well prepared (I had the whole lobster), nice atmosphere, staff are friendly and responsive. Our waitress Izzy took care of everything. I'd definitely love to come back.

Wow, what a fab experience here today. We absolutely loved our meal at lunch. The outdoor space is stunning and it's such a great sun trap as well. The service was really wonderful and Joe, our server, was attentive, kind and friendly. The food was out of this world amazing too, and the seafood was fresh and full of flavour. We had a fantastic experience, especially considering we were late and they held our table for us. Thank you so much for a great meal!
