Horrendous service 2hours to arrive, no answer despite calling constantly for an update. When it arrived it looked so disgusting I couldn't even temp myself to eat it and had to go out of my way for an alternative meal at 10:30pm. I will never be ordering from here again!!The only reason it's one star is because I can't select a zero star!!!!

Ordered for the 1st time tonight & can't believe the portions for the money!! Absolutely outstanding value.I had the chicken shesh & lamb kofta rice kebab, lots of meat, & id happily say this was enough for 2 peopleDefinitely recommending & will reorder again

This is quite possibly the worst service i have ever experienced, we had an hours delay to our food and having ordered 14 kebabs for a large group of us after an hours delay to our estimated delivery time the food turned up however one kebab and one side was missing. Throughout the hours delay we tried continuously to call Posh Nosh for an update and there was no answer, once the food had arrived we tried and again no answer, simply unacceptable. I phoned the following day to voice my displeasure and was assured the manager would call me back however he didn't. I called again the following day and having explained what had happened the manager had the audacity to simply say you live too far away and then he hung up on me! How can a so called manager dare hang up on a customer, their service is the worst i have ever known from any establishment in any walk of life. If i live too far away why did you accept an order in excess of £140 and why do you actively advertise to deliver to our postal code? I would love for Posh Nosh to comment on this post and give their view on the situation as they have still not called me back, in summary, their food is always late, some of the order was missing and the service following this was shocking. I would never go here again and strongly suggest trying somewhere else before you go here. Awful service, awful people, awful experience.

Some of the food was ok but the salad was covered in mould! Both trays. Clearly hadn’t been opened and checked before delivery so maybe don’t bother with salad. We were, after w very difficult phone conversation, offered a new salad in 20 minutes or free salad next time. I don’t think there’ll be a next time!

Dont waste your money! I felt robbed to be honest, it was late, only by 10 mins though and it was a Friday night. They were pretty stingy portions particularly the £4 kids meal considering it was our first (last) time ordering. The food quality overall was pretty poor, the mixed kebab we received was like confused chow main, it was covered in sauce, this wasnt mentioned at all on the menu and honestly resembled chunky dog food. Chips were burnt and hard and the chicken burger looked like it had been fried several times, so we tried calling 15 times! and no one answered. Really wish we had read the reviews as this is mentioned ALOT. Usually we would give anything a second go as we all have our bad days, however I wouldn't be willing to risk wasting so much money!! again, it's SO EXPENSIVE!! for what it is especially considering it's like most other kebab shops at best. We will stick to our usual JUST KEBAB great quality produce, great price, amazing Turkish bread, cooked on a coal bed, no grease they answer the phone and are always happy to help!

Firstly, ordered by phone from the number on Google for 'Posh Nosh', turned up to pick it up and the place is called Pasha Kebabs!? Great start. Ordered a chicken shish.... came in a tray and looked like a confused Chinese - it was chicken with peppers and onion in ?gravy. Definitely not like a chicken shish I've ever seen before. Very disappointed.

Great food as always! Best chips in town better than the usual chip shops! Triple fried thick cut. With kebab.... what more could you want?

Wouldn't eat here ever again. If it was the only place to eat I would pass where can I start. My burger was like. Rubber my chips was wet from sitting there for about 40 mins. Was told a 40min and was well over a hour and 20 min the chicken was crap no chicken in there what's so ever. Cheap and easy food use to eat here all the time. Never again. Stay away from here. Ur be disappointed and have a bad taste in ur mouth I had to give it 1 star. Cuz. If it was up to me I give it a 0 star wish I could upload pics of my food. Was worst meal I had in my life and. I payed for it

Not a kebab more like a curry, all drenched on gravy and was utter shite. Called them and told me it was not there problem. I ordered a kebab !!!!!! Bad customer service.
