Pizza Hut in Southend-on-Sea

Bad quality pizza especially for the price. I've had better pizzas from a kebab shop which are less than half the price. Cookie dough is good though.

they flaunt the law with zig zag lines .. its not there car park and drop off zone somebody will get killed , they drive off like they rule the road

Very yummy pizza!! Honestly Pizza hut your re my go to pizza, you never get it wrong! It is such a lovely treat when I want a takeaway! Won't go anywhere else. Such good value for money as I use deals on my app which I really recommend. Pizza always turns up on time and the service is brill. Thanks I shall be ordering again soon :)

Everytime we order which has been atleast 20 times.its brilliant.tonights was exceptional.also never turns up late and always piping hot

Used to be a 4* rating but quality and service has driven off a cliff recently.. undercooked, barely warm, damaged boxes and 30-40 min late when ordered in advance.Wont be using them again

WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR OUR DELIVERY THEN WENT TO COLLECT AND WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINS, THE 2 POOR MEMBERS OF STAFF AND NO DELIVERY DRIVERS AVAILABLE!! STOP ACCEPTING ORDERS IF YOU CANT FULFIL THEM, THE WORST PIZZA IT WAS BURNT TOO

Avoid this place like it has Covid.Orders are almost always late.Orders are almost always cold.Orders are almost always missing things.When you call to ask for what you've paid for, you speak to someone who has no idea what's going on, how to talk to a customer or how to use a phone.If you have another option for pizzas, use it.

Ordered a pizza last night at 6:15 pm and it didn't arrive until 8 pm, which is unacceptable. If you cant fulfill an order on time, it is unfair to take an order in the first place for the people who are waiting for their food.

Ordered online at 6.30pm, website said 35-45 minutes and it finally turned up at 7.50pm, so clearly not a great start. When it did turn up we had our wedgies missing and one of our chicken strip portions ended up as spicy instead of plain. Gave Pizza Hut a call and didn’t really get much of an apology. They sent the right items / missing items round within 10 minutes which was great but when we opened them it was all cold. We did not enjoy our food at all. All in all very poor service and quality. Shame as they used to be brilliant but now have gone down hill big time !

We ordered 9 Pizzas today from Abdul, Southchurch Road, Southend. I telephoned them through over the phone and payment was taken. We are Keyworkers and are so grateful for his fantastic manner, thanking us for all we are doing in this unprecedented time and for being so helpful. Fantastic service Abdul, we thank you very much and appreciate all you are doing too staying open, making and delivering fantastic Pizzas for us keyworkers we couldn’t do it without amazing Pizzas!!!!! Will most definitely being using again. Fantastic service. Thank you for us all 🙌 🍕
