Not our first order with Pizza Time as you can’t fault the pizza, always cooked really well and is very reasonably priced, but this time we had a mix up with the order which should have been easily resolved, but unfortunately wasn’t. Instead of 2 cheese garlic pizzas we received 2 cheese & tomato pizzas. Phoned up to let them know but I was greeted with the worst customer service! The phone was answered with a very fed up sounding ‘allo’, so I had to double check I’d actually phoned the right place and not someone’s personal mobile. And then we were completely fobbed off and told we were wrong and we had received the right order. I know the difference between garlic pizza and cheese & tomato pizza.So we didn’t get the garlic bread in the end but the main point of this is that customer service is everything when you’re a smaller restaurant competing against the larger chains and we didn’t receive any whatsoever! Really disappointed. So whoever answered the phone on Saturday 9th April at 5pm, you’ve just lost a customer

Staff was very friendly and service was quick! The pizza was cooked to perfection and the dough was so fresh. I would recommend this place 1000%.

When some one asks for a burger to be plain then it should be plain! What are you gonna do if someone has an allergic reaction due to you not reading comments on orders. Honestly terrible.

£6.99 for a medium pizza and comes out like a large, tasted good, great value for money and I'll definitely use them again.

Had the best service from Pizza Time last night, I had rang a few days prior as I don’t eat cheese, I’m always so jealous watching my friends eat pizza as it looks so good, so I called to see if they could make me a pizza without cheese, the man on the phone was so friendly and helpful and said of course we can!So Saturday night for the for the first time ever at 40 years old I ordered my first pizza!!It was AMAZING!! I have found a new love in cheese less pizza 🤣 I had the Mexican heat pizza, it was so spicy and full of flavour, cooked to perfection and turned up hot and fresh!Thank you Pizza time for my first experience, it won’t be my last!! My husband always orders from you and says that your pizzas are the best he has had, looking forward to our next take out 👌🏻😋

I have ordered pizza twice from this place and both times I got bad gut and diarrhoea.It’s pricey compared to other Pizza places but I still ordered thinking it would have a better hygiene as the rating was good. The first time, I said it might be something else not the pizza but when it happened twice, clearly there is a problem. I would not order from this place again.

Really enjoyed the pizza and nachos, first time I've ordered food from here and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend!
