Should have checked reviews first. Over one hour wait for a chow mein ?!? Blaming delivery drivers but they use their own ….

So very disappointed tonight, the food was dry, didn't taste freshly cooked, the shredded duck was dry as old boots as was the satay chicken, phoned the restaurant to be offered a measly 10% of our next order. We won't be ordering again £28 + tip to throw in the bin! 😢😡🤢

24th October, thought I'd give them a 3rd chance as they used to serve good food, but yet again, pancake roll was raw and cold, chomping stank of old rancid onions and the half of duck was tougher and dryer than a nunns privates, no more chances for me , I'm cooking the neighbor's dog next time !!!@

First ever time ordering from here was about 3 hours all in and it was cold and absolutely file no taste wat so ever honestly was disgusting so disappointed will never order again

Have used this chinese takeaway for years but very disappointed tonight. Was told would be an hour, arrived after an hour and half, which I wouldn't have minded had it arrived hot but was only lukewarm. Shame cos portions are good and probably would have been good food 😑

Awful service, kept me waiting hour & half and still wasnt ready with 6 year old waiting, theres lack of communication I would not recommend ordering for this restaurant ever.

Ordered a delivery told it would be an hour which was acceptable after waiting an hour and half rang to chase and told won't be much longer, food arrived in the end 2 hours after ordering, wish I could say worth the wait but it wasn't worst meal I've had in a long time ribs were rock hard, food was all luke warm, not using again and have been using them for last 10+ years given one star as can't give none

Ordered from here as usually really nice high quality food. The chicken chow mein tasted horrible and tasted like the smell of burn plastic, the crispy chilli chicken was really dry and the only thing that was nice was the chicken balls which I asked for bbq sauce and was given curry sauce. Will not be ordering from here again as now totally put off!
