SoPa Thai in Southend-on-Sea

Absolutely delicious dinner. I’d had a takeaway from here a couple of times but wanted to try the restaurant. I was not disappointed, the food was incredibly delicious, you can tell a lot of care and love went into it! The service was excellent, I cannot fault anything. Will be back soon!

Had a lovely Thai here a few weeks ago. Will be back for sure, slightly on the pricey side, however, the quality and flavours makes up it so dont be put off.

Quick lunch to try the place. Pleasant service. Good choice of dishes on the menu. The place is also a deli so fresh food all around. Sirloin steak salad was very tasty.Second visit 04/2022Still impeccable food!

Had an amazing time celebrating my nieces Birthday at this restaurant. Food was delicious, service was brilliant! Will definitely return and fully recommend this beautiful Thai food.

Good food and good beer.Starters were delicious I had tempura fried squid with chilli and spring onion, the squid was perfectly cooked. I also had satay chicken skewers which were very tender with that delicious satay sauce. ☆☆☆☆☆The stir fried chilli Thai basil beef with sticky rice was nice had a good kick but Ive had this dish somewhere else and it was better. So I give this a ☆☆☆☆Topped off with 2 Singha Thai beers; a perfect pairing 🍻Also friendly staff which is always a plus 👍

Superb service and amazing food with real depth of flavour. Very fresh. Great atmosphere too. Loved it and will certainly return.

Delectable food and outstanding service. A smallish restaurant that’s simply furnished and down to earth but offers up outstanding taste. I had the lamb, papaya salad, fish cakes and tempura prawns. The fish cakes were just ok but the lamb was frankly amazing. Recommended.

Best Thai restaurant that I've been too in Southend, stuff are so friendly, and polite. Coming from Thailand my self, the food taste just like how it was in Thailand. The atmosphere in restaurant is also quite traditional, with the painting on the walls, and the Thai music on in the background. Would definitely recommend going here if you're looking for the Thai experience without being in Thailand.
