The coffee is great, the aircon works a treat, lots of seating inside and out.

Staff and area nice. Probably wont visit again as I'm not a lover of their iced beverages, I keep giving them a try due to location but always disappointed. Sorry as you try so hard but just don't suit my taste perhaps.

Its one of my favourite coffee bars i have always loved it and always will love it i have gone to Starbucks since it opened up in Southend. One problem is though now we've cone through the pandemic all the prices have gone up with certain foods aswell as hot and cold drinks in Starbucks and its making it uncomfortable and can only go now and then for a treat now again its getting as bad prices now like Scandanavia and thats terrible for the British public.

Delicious caramel latte best I have had in a very long time. Very friendly, efficient staff.

The new Iced Brown Sugar Oat Espresso is delicious. The service was fast and the store is clean with lovely art on the walls. The store was fairy busy but there were plenty of seats available. One staff member was continually cleaning and sweeping which is much appreciated to have a clean store. I only have one complaint, I couldn't understand the cashier's accent, but that's on me.

Staff were very friendly. Great customer service as they happily made us a customised frappachino. Great upselling too, I didn't know there was vegan whipped cream, very yummy!

The staff is just dead slow. 3customers 4cups 10mins👎👎👎 will go Costa next door which is way much faster then this.

No cash accepted. Why is that? I used to be a regular customer, but since they refused to serve me when I had only cash on me- I will not be coming back. All other coffeeshops (and shops) do accept cash payments.

Surely your walk in customers should be a priority? Surely you should turn off the delivery apps if your unable to provide a good service in store. I'm fed up of having to wait 25 minutes before i finally get my drink because the counter is overwhelmed with the amount of Just Eat and Deliveroo orders. From the outside i only saw one person in the que, so I went in and ordered my hot chocolate (thinking it would be quick). Big mistake, was chaos behind the counter with 4 staff trying to keep up with the back log of delivery drivers that kept walking in. Whilst I waited a further 20 mins for my order after i had ordered. Pure Greed is the only explantation, much like half the highstreet. I have no desire to spend my money in any establishment that treats me like a second class customer because i didnt order through an app.

Although having to sit outside on such a nice day, the staff were wonderful. Chatty and receptive . It was a pleasure to be served. Saying that, the price of a coffee has gone up quite a bit since my last visit to a High Street Starbucks. It has been well over a year. But who cares? Nice little break.
