Subway in Southend-on-Sea

I ordered Italian b. It was good. kind staff.

Always great service, friendly staff and obviously good food!

Awful service. More interested in talking together and serving delivery drivers than the customers standing right in front of them.They asked me what I’d like, I gave them my order with my please and thank you’s. Halfway through me giving the order they started talking to the other workers. They asked me again so I responded but this time half way through they started talking to a delivery driver.After I finally gave them the order the food was awful. Presentation was terrible. No effort. Just want your money for a shockingly bad productI won’t be going there again which is a shame because a proper subway is really good.

Absolutely awful just had Italian sub bread was dry only a few bits of meat and when I said all the salad apart from corn he literally put 2 of everything and mean 2 olive slice etc the soda machine must be on the weakest setting because it was like weak piss total ripoff AVOID THIS PLACE BETTER SUBWAYS IN TOWN

The new renovations look amazing, On our visit, the staff where extremely helpful and patience even when a had to go through my phone to find my pin they where very understanding, however the most impressive and important part is that the staff member told me that he had to finish making my partners vegan salad before touching my steak and cheese which I was thoroughly pleased with.As usual the food was tasty and the new salad sub option was a great hit will definitely be coming back soon

Went in there today for drinks only, 2 coffees, 1 white, 1 black and a white tea. After telling the server once he was also speaking to a colleague and had to ask again for the order. The order was repeated and he said "black coffee and two teas. The third time was. O better. The fourth time we got our drinks o lt to fund out later we got a black tea.Went in again a out 2 hours later for a second round of drinks and they were slow, did not listen to the order at all and after 3 times failed to get it right. So we went a d got our drinks elsewhere. Won't be going back. This happened between 1pm and 3pm today.

Went in today ,good clean and tidy place. Prices are everywhere the same so nothing much to say there,however guy who served me looked very disengaged with his work. It may be little bit by his accent however sometimes i had feeling i am suppose to know the process as his questions did not make sense,clarified with my other half who is british born and could not understand either. To finish it off we were served the wrong cookies we ordered and my terryiaki chicken was bit too salty and salad there seems to be on budget. Not much salad at all.

Fast and friendly service the team are very good. (Dad). The width of the tables should be more longer.the ham was sticking out of my sub and it could of fell out. (Liam 8).

Everything more expensive than the other one, no friendly staff, even if you ask for a bit more ketchup, they not give you. No recommend at all.AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!is another one down the main road so nice one cheaper than this and fresh food friendly staff.

Rude member of staff who clearly did not listen while taking my order and was ignorant. And I heard when I had enough that he shouted "what's the matter with you" never again I was looking forward to trying your new salads but lost out on a customer. Well done.
