We visited on a Sunday afternoon and they had live music for free from 5pm .excellent!.good local beer (there was only one though ).food is great and all at a reasonable price .

Attended a pub quiz night here. Sound on mike kept cutting out and it would have more pleasant if the heating had been on. Staff were very pleasant.

Lovely fresh lunch of lobster baguette, craved it for ages and wasn't disappointed, great friendly service, fantastic selection of ales, beers and drinks in general.

A group of us went for our Christmas meal at lunch time.The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. There was so much of it too!The service was second to none and the staff were lovely.Very reasonable prices too.Not been before but will certainly be going again!

Would love to review the food, couldn't find a sign that said to wait to be seated, so we found our own table. There was no app to order from or any menus at all, nobody came over to us in 10 minutes of waiting for any service or acknowledgement.

Went there Friday night about 5.30 for dinner before the theatre and it was a lovely meal fantastic fish soup and the steak was cooked to perfectly the staff were very friendly and helpful definitely best G&t I’ve had in a long time

Wedding Reception par excellence. The food and service were outstanding as was the supplied DJ / Master of Ceremonies in the attached function area. Couldnt fault the whole afternoon and evening. Highly recommended
