The Inn At Belfairs in Southend-on-Sea

Just look at the pic .Lovely friendly staff.One of the only places left with a proper outside area.My favourite place for a summer bite and booze.And it's great for the kiddies.

Yummy desserts 🍨, lovely place to chill , tried to find somewhere nice and not to crowded on a Friday night perfect for that. Fun music.

Lovely place, very good music and nice food.. Those girls working there seemed unhappy grumpy bored...or a bit retarded. Disgusting attitude. There is a man that served the food and he was very positive and nice. He should train the girls sack them or teach them some manners. Overall...I'll go back only for the music food (without deserts. They need to change something at deserts. They're rubbish).

Really lovely little restaurant relaxing atmosphere and the staff are all lovely especially Tia . Food is good value and plentiful my only criticism would be the burger meat was a little disappointing (grisly and hard but the onion rings made up for it.) the fish and ships however was a winner !

The drinks are a little expensive but the service was 1st class. Very attentive staff with smiles. The food I had was very good. A pleasant beer garden where all are welcome. There was a noisy dog owned by a man with a very bad language, hence the loss of a star, but he was enjoying the beer garden in his own way, with no real issues.

WONDERFUL experience here. The service was the best we have had in a long time. Good efficient service is very important to me and Fran who served us was outstanding, she noticed us as soon as we arrived, cleaned the table and gave us menus, came back to take our order after enough time but not too long, we had the burger which tasted DELICIOUS, the best burger in Essex that's for sure, perfectly cooked, hot, and juicy, the chips were perfectly cooked also, drinks were efficient and glasses / plates cleared at the perfect time. Nice place to bring dogs also (we sat outside on the terrace) After years of driving past I am so happy we went in. This is now going to become the new regular for us. Thankyou The Inn at Belfairs and you are lucky to have a fantastic member of staff in Fran, she's the best!

I was taken here by my Daughter and my Son in Law for Mother's Day lunch. It was excellent!! The food, the service and the decor was absolutely fantastic! W even got a treat of a beautiful candle!! I thoroughly recommend this beautiful restaurant and we'll be back very soon!!!!

Had a couple of drinks in the garden and it was lovely. The surroundings are great and the staff were friendly. However, the prices are very high which is why I haven't given it five stars

Great atmosphere. Average food. Unfortunately the chef or cook had a bad start to the day. There on Sunday morning. Pancakes were very average and oily and not cooked correctly. Toast was rubber sourdough. And didn't actually get what I asked for on 3 separate items. Been there many times with these owners but this is the worst experience.

Sat out on balcony, very comfortable, charming place, service was quick, ordered steak sandwich medium rare and it was Spot on!I would of given 5 stars but for the gardener mowing the lawn, lunch time! when at its busy time!Very noisy, could not chat without shouting.Told waitress and she said did we want to sit inside!!Well no !!! we booked outside. 🤔
