View Bar & Sliceria in Southend-on-Sea

Great location but needs some money spent on doing it up. Expect like most businesses they are finding it hard to get the income up after covid. We still had a nice time though. Sat outside the views are incredible across the Thames Estuary. Nice atmosphere too.

Nice bar for a after work Friday night drink, esp when the sun is out and the tide is in. Nice views over the estuary, nice atmosphere.

Nice little bar with a good selection of beers and food menu. Excellent service and a gear terrace outside with an amazing view to the sea in front of you. Very relaxing and enjoyable

Went for lunch with my niece...couldn't of felt more welcome by the lovely manager and staff...soft tacos were AMAZING! 😘👍

Great in summer when sitting outdoors! Bit small indoors but Danny (manager) and staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices on food and drink - well worth a visit :-)

We had a great night at view bar, the ladies working the bar were lovely. The atmosphere was amazing for the Belessa Club night.

It's in a great location. It really is a bar with a view (2 nice views - the sea and the gardens with a fountain). It's very nice that it has perspex screening so the view isn't ruined but you don't have to directly breathe in the car fumes.Only had drinks...very expensive, but that's only to be expected after the bad 15 months we've all had. Plus, we are a seaside holiday resort and things are always expensive during school holidays. The servers are very young and a little bit clueless, could do with a bit more training, but are pleasant nevertheless

Absolutely incredible place to sit down have a drink and a bite to eat. The food is impeccable and so is the customer service. I have never met such friendly staff in such a nice cafe, the view as well is just perfect.Honestly I would recommend anyone to go here even if it is just for a drink I would recommend it as it is worth every penny!Also how can you hate a cafe that plays soft jazz in the background!
