Waterfront Cafe in Southend-on-Sea

Been coming to Southend for a yearly trip for the past 10 years, and I cannot believe I’ve only discovered this place today!!!! Absolutely brilliant service and the fish and chips there speaks for itself. I’ll always be visiting this place from now on!!!!!

Terrible service. A woman was super rude to me and my sister when we were paying to eat in. Price is ridiculous for eating in. Never coming again.

Advertising all day breakfast but don't serve after 12pm, jumbo battered sausage was an ordinary sausage in burnt batter...where're the chips??! Food cold

We visited bank holiday monday and only went for a coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful and answered some questions about the coffee which is easily the best coffee we have had in ages. The barista this day made the perfect coffee and the staff are so friendly and polite. If I could give 10 stars I would, and i am guessing the owner is a Elvis Presley fan

Went here yesterday with my sister; food and service were exceptional. Would recommend and definitely will return next time I'm in Southend.

The food is absolutely dreadful for example the chips was like a seagull had got them out of a bin and they found them on the street and put them in the microwave and served them and don't even get me started on the price £9.50 for a jacket potato it's daylight robbery please avoid like covid-19
