On entering this retaurant l expected to be welcomed. I was left standing and ignored by all members of staff. After a five minute wait l was asked my name. The waitress dealing with my table could not understand English. I needed help in how to order their eat all you can meal. It was not a buffet as l expected. Things had to be ordered from menu and brought to our table my the waitress. Not easy to order a meal in this way when you don't know how large or small the portions will be. The food was good except the Lemon Chicken with only a spoon and fork to use, the meat was too tough to cut or even bite. Their take aways are good so will be getting those in future.

Had a lovely meal despite having to request to move because of a really strong body odour emanating from diner on the next table. This was done obligingly and with minimum fuss and the rest of our meal tasted much better.Food is always hot and cooked well and staff are friendly and helpful.

A celebratory meal with my lovely wife on her Birthday. I booked on advance which was just as well at it was packed out today. In spite of that every mouthful of our meals was delicious, cooked to perfection and served quickly whilst piping hot. The menu is quite extensive so plenty of choice.Highly recommended.

As far as chinese buffets goes, this is on the higher end in terms of quality. The menu had a good amount of variety and the food was served very quickly and presented well. The service was very good and there was also ice cream served at the end which was included

Food is ok but the horrible part is service. Service personals will come to you when your beer is finished but when you ask for the food(buffet) they will disappear. If you like prawns or fish then they will take hours to deliver but when you ask for the pork ribs with an instruction to make it a little, they will bring with full of plates. No option for fried rice (only plain one). Nice retired official crowd but this restaurant is absolutely over hyped.Interesting part is they will serve their food in one plate even you are 2-3 people.Overall exp: Taste is ok but not for second time.

Very nice food and plenty of it. Was really busy which was lovely to see after having restaurants closed for so long. Service was still good considering how packed it was in there.

The food was nice they could have had a bit more variety on the menu. the service was great. however the drinks were very expensive and the 10.3% service charge was unexpected but I assume this is the food waste charge that everyone has mentioned in the reviews.I only went here because tangs in the high Street hasn't reopened.Overall it was good but I probably won't go back if I'm honest

I phoned up on Thursday to book a table for Saturday 13th . I phoned up last night to add people on table .. they tell me they didn't have a booking under my name ... . Maybe they should have an English person to answer the phones . Won't be coming back here . U have lost customers . Plus it was my birthday meal out with family . Ended up going to Ocean beach which was so much nicer .pics to show

I visited this restaurant recently and I must say the food was really good and we had a nice time. A majority of the staff were very accomodating when we arrived which was great however I felt certain things could have been improved. I'm sure the waitress we had was busy however there were a few things that made me and my partner feel uncomfortable. We ordered and ate mains (which we had eaten) and when asked if we could see the menu again she didn't look too pleased. We didn't get asked if we wanted any drinks throughout the evening other than when we walked in and when we gave our order there was no response or eye contact which just made it really awkward. A very friendly young waitress at the end came to us and asked if we would like Ice cream which I was unaware was included in the all you can eat deal as we had no communication with our waitress throughout the night. She also told the the polite young waitress to leave the plates containing very minimal food, on the table although we were finished. This felt like a gesture as If to say that it was to be left so that we would finish it. When I paid for the bill at the bar the same waitress took payment to which I replied thank you and goodbye. There was no reply at all which I thought was quite rude to be honest having just spent money in this restaurant. I don't usually leave reviews or comments and the meal was so nice I just felt I had to share my view as you'd expect a half decent service at the very least. Other than this I'd eat here again although I'd ask for a different waitress.
