Excellent Thai with free local delivery. Much better flavours than the “laughing octopus “ and much better value .

We regularly have Thai here because they're great with gluten free options. Our curries and tom yum soup were made from scratch with real ingredients as opposed to only paste/powder). We love the green curry and the red butternut squash curry.

Sorry but no. I had a horrible soup, I tried for first time I Thailand, it was sweet and thick, and we didn't eat eat it. Please, do not try to defend the soup by telling me it depends of what coconut milk you use. I had this many times before... In ThailandBeef basil and curry fine. Beef was pretty good but then you serve us dessert that was a green, green, Banana fritters...My surprise, when I see you offered me some crackers and CHARGE ME for those and the soup I didn't eat and the dessert you should not be serving as you are going to get someone sick.

Excellent food, excellent service. First time trying this place but won’t be the last. Highly recommended

The food was great and the service excellent - I am already planning my next visit. I think it was good value for what I had, which was the lunchtime special with a beer that all came to less than twenty quid!

I travel with work and I'm a serious FOODIE!See my other review's.So after being greeted by the owner who was friendly, well mannered and curtious.I ordered ever popular dishes chicken Green Thai Curry, chicken Panang Curry and Coconut rice.These have obviously been cooked by a talented chef with a good understanding of balancing spices although I prefer mine with more heat.The chicken is obviously pre prepared as it's slightly tough and lacking the depths of flavours in each of the main courses.Coconut rice is very very lightly seasoned with coconut and if I hadn't ordered it I'd probably think it's plain rice.Overall a very friendly restaurant giving a nice introduction to Thai food.

A good local Thai, with the old favourites.It could do with extending its reach a little and delving deeper into the rich depths of Thai cuisine... maybe specials each month. Some variety would definitely encourage to revisit more frequently.

Fabulous dining. I judge restaurants on the venue, the service, food quality and menu choices and Bangkok Lounge was marvellous on every point. Can't wait to go again!
