Had an amazing weekend away before going not Harry Potter tour.Went into the spa which was a little busy. Room serve was quick and the evening meal was expensive but well worth the quality and amazing tastes. Cocktails was good too..I recommend this hotel for a weekend away of you can afford a little extra... It's worth it to treat yourself 👌

Enjoyed a fabulous meal celebrating my husbands 50th. The staff were excellent. Very attentive. A special thank you to Sarah Watts who went out of her way to ensure our experience here was special. Food was very good and enjoyed by all. A lovely surprise cake was also given to my husband 😋. Would recommend this restaurant. Brilliant.

The services is excellent, the food was nice. I would however much prefer to eat at their other restaurant which is a lunch buffet.

Very nice lunchtime buffet. All good. The slight downside is everyone else in the restaurant wearing white dressing gowns.
