Great coffee shop or in my case hot chocolate stop, great location, good food, comfortable and great staff, young man who I think is called Felix is so helpful cheerful and makes brilliant drinks, even when short staffed, a really top employee.

Very friendly staff at this particular branch. Switched to Nero after many years with Costa as their food is always fresh, the coffee tastes great and the points system is really generous.
