The plate for 2 was amazing. Highly recommended place if you like meat. Brisket 2as something else. Definitely worth 5 stars

Liked it overall - excellent craft beer menu. Overall the food was good with excellent starters let down by some dry/overcooked main courses (one portion of pulled pork was far too tough, but we were refunded without argument).

Been there for a pint but found this place is famous for its bbq stuff. Beautiful atmosphere as soon as u entered. Friendly & attentive staff. Great quick service. Plenty of seating inside as well as outdoor. Serving best draft beers from different breweries of UK. Right in the middle of city so east to access if u around for shopping. Hope visit it again soon

Insane food! Everything was cooked to perfection. Creative cocktail menu and lovely staff. Good playlist too! So glad that we found this place. We all ordered something different and tried a bit of everything and I can genuinely say that everything was delicious and hit the mark.

Contempary, clean pub with a reasonable selection of drinks and tasty steakhouse classics. From steak and ribs, to burgers n chips, fried calamari and halloumi starters. The quality of the meat was outstanding. Whilst the portions sizes for the mains were average, the starters/sides were huge! You definitely only need 1 side between two people. I also recommened their homemade lemonade. The lemon is cooked on the grill and glazed with honey. The drink has a smoky, sweet aroma and yet still retains that fresh lemon flavour. Was delicious!. Overall a great place to go for food.

My family and I visited craft & cleaver on Monday 16th August, to celebrate my husbands birthday.Well what can I say. We were really really impressed. This place has a really cool vibe and for a Monday night it still had plenty of atmosphere.Upon arrival we were greeted by Jennie, she was super attentive, professional and friendly. This place is lucky to have her. A real credit. So the food. Well it was absolutely fantastic, we couldn’t fault a single thing. All four of us had different started and all were delicious. For mains my husband and I shared the feast for 2 with 3 different sides. So much food. But definitely worth a try. Even had left overs to take home.We drank plenty of cocktails too. Our favourite being “Bitch Juice”The interior decor is great and they have a beautiful outdoor area too.If you haven’t been before this place is 100% worth a visit. Amazing staff and amazing food. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I've been so looking forward to this, so, the food was OK we had the platter to share which came with a description of what you have ordered but for the price I felt it should have come with fries and say coleslaw instead of having to pay extra, it just would have improved it that's all. The staff were fantastic and clearly well trained on the beers to which there is a huge range.

Great BBQ food in the heart of St Albans.Plenty of outdoor seating that’s perfect for a sunny day, great selection of beers on tap, and generous portions that are sure to satisfy even the hungriest of visitors!Go for the feast if you haven’t eaten in days – it’s a tray with everything: burnt ends, ribs, sausage, chicken wings, and more.
