Asked for a smoothy but no smoothies available only pre made junk, still the kids loved it😆

Such rude, inexperienced, miserable staff. Served me a warm smoothie and when I pointed that out to the lady who made it, she snatched the cup out of my hand, then put so much ice in that the cup overflowed onto the counter. She then proceeded to use a dirty dish cloth to wipe the cup. I stopped her but I could see this was her default mode. Yuck!………Management sort it out! you’re charging for a much better service then you’re giving - I can see you’re understaffed but sometimes a little common sense and a little courtesy towards the paying customer goes a long way.

Does not recycle anything, even plastic yoghurt tubs, despite having recycling facilities elsewhere in the centre. Had to take our rubbish home, rather than send it to landfill

Ordered a vegan wrap and the paneer curry. They delivered two chicken wraps and a note apologising hoping that we would accept a few packets of crisps as a replacement to our food. Spent 30 quid and it was horrible. They could have called us to let us know they didn't have the correct food and we could have got something else. Really disappointed. Massively overpriced and a bad service.

Very good coffee! Love the muffins range! Nice, polite and fast service! Clean and tidy place. Felt as a safe environment.

I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I feel the need to. I have an autistic boy who struggles with communication and likes everything a certain way. When Crush did not have the food left that he required Lexi was phenomenal at helping him pick something similar he may like. She really seemed like she cared and had all the time in the world to help cater for our needs. 5* . service was phenomenal

Where does one begin?1. The restaurant was filthy and messy2. Over staffed and all appeared to be doing nothing but messing around3. Staff in the kitchen had long hair and no hair nets4. A 17 mins wait for a smoothie!!!5. When it finally arrived it contained dairy when I asked for non dairy. When questioned this the guy lied and said the order was correct, upon the first mouthful I confirmed it had yogurt in it. To not take allergy/dietary requirements seriously, especially of a 8.5 months pregnant woman is utterly outrageousThis place is a total shambles

Re ally liked this cafe although only got a hot chocolate to take away. Quick, friendly, appear to have good healthy food options if you want to eat in, although limited menu. Great hot chocolate!!!

The offering looks good but...After 20 minutes, I had to leave to pick my daughter up from a swimming lesson. Other people equally frustrated waiting for food and drinks.Lots of staff about, some chatting, some on their phones. Looks like they need a manager.Hope it gets better soon.

Ordered through Deliveroo.Took 2 bites of the chicken salad and threw it away! The chicken was wet and mushy, the salad was rubber and wilted. The flapjack was like something you would use to plaster holes in a wall! Utterly disgusting!Threw the whole lot in the bin.
