Best roast we have had in St Albans. The deserts were delicious too 🤤 staff were very friendly and helpful.

A worthwhile find whilst visiting St Albans. Booked a table for two at 5:15 on a Friday, and so glad we did. Very welcoming on arrival and excellent service. Our visit coincided with a Beer Festival with Real Ale (and cider) at £2 a half pint. Food was freshly cooked and tasted great for pub fayre.It was the friendly welcome that made such a difference, and this was reflected I the number of tables reserved when we arrived. A popular place to visit.

Roast beef was exceptional, potatato slightly under and not crispy. Chairs are not so comfortable but those can be charged,
