Harpenden Grill Kebab and Pizza in St Albans

Oh my gosh ! What a difference a shish kebab can make in 2 months ! Had a chicken one last night and it was so soggy. The pitta was so thin. Full of crispy (nice) lettuce .some onion. But no tomatoes.Over £1.00 more for the small size. ( enough for me tho). Wont be buying again.Trying to save £ guys ? Lost my custom !

The chicken burger was dry with a funny taste and soggy salad, took 3 bites and couldnt eat it.The 'cheesy chips' were cold and the cheese was just lumped on the top. Had to warm up in microwave and add more cheese.Aside from the fact it was quick delivery maybe they should work on the quality of the food first before sending it out..been coming here for years amd very dissapointed

This kebab shop is the worst I've ever visited the food is shockingly bad the staff are rude a pay not attention to personal hygiene.. the old guy with glasses couldn't have sneezed in more places without covering his face I think the food standards people should be visiting and quick

Been out shopping and nipped in for a chicken shish with salad and chips it was lovely the salad was lovely and fresh will be back again

Not the best, food was soggy by the time I got home and I don't like far. Was a shame

£9.50 for lunch time special the only special there was is the salad. No meat in the kebab hardly. Worst kebab for quantity absolute shocking

Really hate to leave a bad review as have been coming here for many years however standards have slipped. Ordered two deliveries recently and both times the pizza was not what I ordered. The first time I was brushed off and told I would be given a credit next time I ordered. Never happened. The following time my meat supreme had no meat - just the extras (peppers and onion) that I ordered. I shan’t be returning.Have been back and more rude service. Their reply is nonsense - they have no intention of making this right.

As a loyal customer never had a problem since,The delivery driver didn’t have my change £4 said he’d bring it back which didn’t bother(it’s just the point) I done a order for collection 3x chips and kids meal were missing I called to explain the lady said well we can just give you more chips next time what is the problem. The problem is that I came all the way from St Albans, after calling me a liar saying they’re going CCTV they called me back saying they’ll give me half my order money back. I called today explained with my name etc the guy called me a liar and said ‘why would he give me free stuff I either pay for it all of go elsewhere’ this place is going down hill the new girl staff members are so RUDE. I will never use this place again because of the way they’ve treated me and how little they don’t care about there customers. Wouldn’t waste your time ordering to get half a order, give your money to a company that actually appreciate your custom.

Love, love, love this place. Good tasty takeaway (but can do delivery) If you've never had one try the houlami wrap with salad! Always good food and service with a smile 😁👍
