Harpers Kebab in St Albans

Harpers is good family oriented food, great variety, well priced, always fresh and tasty. We've ordered take away only but it has not disappointed yet. Definitely recommended.

The staff were kind to advise what was Halal and what wasn't simply because they saw my name badge and read my Muslim sounding name.I really appreciated that. Staff was friendly and the chicken wrap they made was simply amazing.

I had a fantastic burger and chips delivered fresh and hot last night. I’d say demand is high there and I know they work hard. There is great variety but don’t order apple pie and battered mushrooms keep it simple

Harpers is allways busy which can only mean good food.I have been buying here on and off since it opened and its never let me down. They deliver to our auction site Haddon and James ltd, whivh is really handy as there the other dide of town from us.

Really disappointed with the chicken, tasted like it had been cooked in same oil as fish and also so dry it was hard to swallow so gave most of it to my dog. I wont be getting food here again which is a shame as I used to order from here many times in the past

Very friendly staff and by far the best place for variety. Whatever you want, they've got. Very crisp haddock and a generous serving of chips for the price. Always come here for fish and chips and I am never disappointed.

Most of the time it's good. Tonight I think I got Saturdays steak and kidney pie. So hard and stale it went in the bin. Not happy.

I spent £44 for my birthday meal! The 3 chicken wraps we ordered arrived cold and tasted like the chicken had been reheated it was very chewy and hard and was like eating glass! We couldn’t eat them so had to throw them away! My apple pie was burnt on the end I took one mouthful and threw it away as there was old chicken fried into the batter as though they had put it in the chip fryer with the chicken !! I also had battered mushrooms missing ..... So disappointed and won’t be ordering again! I paid £44 for the most disgusting meal I’ve ever experienced!!!

I want to leave a review for the service and food of Harper’s St Albans, I order a Fish & Chip Dinner delivery each week for my parents and it is hot, on time and delicious. I have also ordered Harper’s Kebab and again, service and food has been 5 Stars. Keep up the great work from Michelle Risley - St Albans

Ordered off Just Eat, order came with missing parts and the food was absolutely disgusting and has made me feel very sick. Lasagna was just melted cheese with a pinch of spinach and so much grease, cheesy chips had no melted cheese and kebab was a mess. Absolutely no care for customer service or quality of food. Don't eat here.
