The best spot for brunch 🤩Incredible, me and my partner stopped off in the city on route to a week away and were so glad we chose Hatch as our recharge point!Great portion sizes, brilliant taste and happy staff, what more could you want?Looking forward to returning the next time we head north 😁

Super breakfasts/ brunch place in St Alba s. Great service, good quality fresh juices and excellent coffee.The food was well prepared and tasty. The cafe us on the smaller side and tables close together. Do book as it is popular or order on deliveroo.

Lovely new addition to St. Albans dining scene. Had a delicious brunch here. The menu ranges from Full English to various veggie options.

This is a cute place that does coffees, drinks and brunch type foods. It was pretty cramped and we felt pretty rushed - this was understandable as we didn't book as we were just getting coffees.Not many vegan options on the food menu and oat milk is the only dairy milk alternative. Would be good to do more vegan options such as vegan waffles and have almond and soy milk options too. (Oat milk also cost +30p more...)We got the oat milk chai which was really good and I got the oat milk flat white.

Lovely little place! Great service, atmosphere and food. I had the brunch bun replacing the sausage for vegan and it is genuinely the best bun I've ever had! Also the hash brown bites were awesome. Thanks all at Hatch!

Favourite brunch place, highly recommended and their specials are worth a try!

Had an awesome brunch here, everything was delicious, but special shout out to the tater tots and chai latte! Would recommend booking here because you can’t always get in!

VEGAN MENU AVAILABLE!The staff were very accommodating and were super quick with their service! Delivered all our food with a smile and answered our questions as it was our first time here so didn’t know what to get. The food was delicious (ordered the sweetcorn fritters, falafel burger which came with chips and tater tots they were so GOOD😫) we left with full stomachs! Will definitely come back👏🏽

Great food! Will be back if I’m ever in St Albans again. Lots more to try on the menu! Parking around this place is atrocious but that’s not the establishments fault.

The best brunch in St Albans!Have been here a couple of times and would highly recommend. Very very tasty. (Hash brown bites are a fab accompaniment to any cooked breakfast).I would advise booking though as it can get very busy on the weekends and is quite small.
