Kfc in St Albans

Terrible experience. Sunday early evening. Ordered online for collection. Once there had to wait over 1/2 hour, then only got my order as had to make a point my order seemed to go completely off the board for being prepared or ready to collect. The shop was full of customers. The orders for delivery appeared to be the priority. Only one customer waiting to order was seen, the next lady in line was asked to wait. The staff were working to get out the orders but as mentioned before deliveries seemed to have priority.

it's was very bad good service burger ok but chips bad and lid for drink not fit spilling all over my car

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to I ordered a fillet tower they put so much sauce and mayo it was a load of slop I throw it away I will never use this do not go here for your food it is absolutely and there is a person cooking the food is absolutely disgusting the state of the shop and the state of the staff is terrible

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The quality of the food is terrible, the staff not bothered.5 out of 5 times my order has had missing items. The chicken is soggy. The fries cold.KFC Management need to take action

I orderd a 6 piece bucket of the orignal style crispy chicken the service was quick but when i opened my bucket the chicken was just bone no meat. The batter was super soggy and was falling of the chicken also the chicken meat was really damp.

Horrendous place this is not KFC but pretending to be. Went in there to get 10 piece Wicket Variety bucket but what I got was a heavy brown bag. Thinking it was nice juicy spicy tasty KFC chicken inside but instead small finger sized tasteless bland breaded chicken fillets and 4 cups of Baked beans. Who the F wants Baked beans I didn't go there for Baked beans I went there for chicken, 4 Corn pieces on the hob and 2 packs of marble sized chicken nuggets. Wasted my hard earned money 18.99 on this tasteless shht , no wonder why the brown bag was heavy to carry. I can't believe people waste their money on this place, it should be shut down, this is not KFC, never again. I wish I took pictures of the meal to show you guys, lessons learned.

I went today, it's seems like the service/operations really tried to serve the delivery companies and those orders seem to be satisfied quicker than the walk-in customer. The bites I ordered were probably taken by someone for a delivery order. Had to wait 21 mins, I could see the order moved to the collection screen after 10 mins and then it hit 21 on the collection screen. Felt uncomfortable as at one point there was 8 riders waiting for delivery orders.

DO NOT ORDER VIA JUSTEAT.I’ve ordered twice from here and both times there were multiple missing items. I let it go the first time but I’ll never order from here again. They also have a service charge which I have no idea what is for as the service is mediocre. I don’t get how hard it is to read a screen and put the items in a bag. Order at your own risk

Items always missing. Today, it was all of the chicken and chips. How hard is it to count items correctly? Crying child now has no dinner and restaurant do not answer the phone. Never ordering again

Ordered via JustEat and it arrived with missing parts of my order. Called the KFC St Albans number to tell them (7 times!) and they never answer! Be careful if you order as there is no way to get it rectified or complain, so this is why I have left my review here for others to see.
