Complete rubbish place. Staff not going the extra mile in customer service at all!!!! Few items (paid) on the order missing. Not the first or second time that happens!!! Contacted management and I was told that was nothing they can do. LOL. Maybe can advise their staff to keep their eyes open and concentrate when looking at the orders.... OR PERHAPS THEY NEED A SPECKSAVERS EYE CHECK ASAP. Really poor service. DO NOT RECOMEND FOR HOME DELIVERY.

My happy meal took ages to come Also life hack Double chez burger chips and coffe is £5 why not get 4 nugget happy meal and add it to £6.37

Well it's a McDonald's so what more can you say. Drive through can be busy at times. Ordering inside could be quicker at times. Fast food isn't as fast as it used to be. But a McDonald's burger is the same wherever you go.

Terrible outlet in absolute chaos. No matter when you there's always a swarm of delivery riders that seem to take priority. Last time I was there we waited for half an hour for a happy meal and a big mac and they brought the wrong order and we had to wait a good while until we got some of it. Never going back.

Why do they charge for the sauce? Ordered 2 BBQ that used to be free in a little pot.... but since covid it's now chargeable!.... and only received one. Sad fries that were all soggy and not very hot. Filled a gap!

Very bad!!! Ordered MC Donald's on Uber eats, very bad presentation and sorry not having more pictures for the rest of the order! Complained to Uber eats and got a £1 return....joke! Do not recommend especially for delivery!
