Ordered jacket potato looked like it was days old needed chainsaw for jacket. Things have changed. Best value burger in town. Chicken burger good too. Well done Morrison.

I used to love this place untill today!!I asked for 2 soft poached eggs on brown toast with a side of 2 mushrooms.I got 2 HARD poached eggs on the side of the toast NO mushrooms. My mum asked for a full breakfast -no tomatoes - no beans with an extra mushroom.'We have to charge for extra mushroom'Not a problem.Mums food, no black pudding witch is meant to be on a full breakfast no extra mushroom witch we paid for.The staff dealt with someone before us & over charged them, when confronted they made out it was there fault when the guys sat down all staff laughing completely mugging of the gent that paid the over charge.Discusting i wont be eatting here ever again.

We were taken to a table and then told to queue to place our order. They were quite busy (Sunday morning) so it took 15 minutes for our food to arrive but we didn't really notice as we were chatting anyway. Food was tasty and hot. We had a big breakfast and a vegetarian breakfast. Currently half price which was an added bonus. Lynne on the till was super friendly. Will definitely go again.

Two friends and myself walked the Alban Way from Hatfield. We were thrilled to find Morrison's cafe at Fleetville reopened from Lockdown. We were greeted by Sam, with hand sanitiser and instructions on safe procedures, he showed us a table, each of which were protected with perspex dividers. We were confident all staff followed safety procedures and asked to fill out details for track and trace. All staff pleasant and efficient, special mention to Sam, what a lovely young man to be front of house. Coffee and breakfast suberb value for money

Anyone daring to give this cafe a lower than 4 star review can jog on... Fake reviews and fake news...It's incredibly well priced and makes everyone and anyone feel welcome. It's not trying to be anything it's not.The Sunday roast vegetarian option I had the other day had absolutely no business tasting that good - at that price, granted it wasn't a looker. My girlfriend and I often joke when we're being lazy , "shall we just go to Morrisons cafe?". But secretly we love it....It wouldn't hurt for them to plant something for the view out of the window though. If you've got time to read on do.A few benefits off the top of my head while it sit here after a ''big breakfast (extra poached egg)".- a microwave to heat up baby food- can fill your water bottle (ask staff)- customise most things on the menu- plenty of seating- free wifi- currently, if you come dressed as you favourite character from a book you get a free cupcake- children eat free at certain times of day- polite staff- good coffee machine. Don't read into Virginia Whitson's short and unhelpful review on the subject.
