Great food, really quick and friendly staff!! I was unable to use the app and a lovely young lady Leah guided me through, she stepped in and took my order it was so quick, she took great care of us!! Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Very happy and will be visiting again soon :)

This store is not the biggest we have been to, although its very pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful. The upstairs is definitely the best place to dine as it's more cozy.

There has always been missing items when ordered for delivery from this Nandos and have never been replaced or rectified. Dining in was better and food was average (not up to the normal Nandos standard). We also found the staff a little unprofessional.

Food took an age to come and when it did it was pretty cold. Flavours were good but customer service non existent and whilst it’s just a nandos you’d expect more

The server was warm, welcoming and helpful. The food arrived without much delay and was hot and cooked to perfection. Very happy with this establishment

Food was absolutely stunning, my first time in a nandos. However the place was dirty !! If I'd had more of a look around before I had order then I would have upped and left. While I was waiting for food, I was watching one of the waiters who was constantly touch his mouth, nose, hair and neck several times and serving the food to customers. I had enough and told him what I had seen and to wash his hand and the answer I was met with was I'm not touching the food. After I told him I don't care your still touching the plates he went and washed his hands.

Lack of hygiene and food standards. Absolutely rubbish- they served both of our dishes cold! The chicken was cold in the centre and not even cooked properly. The manager didnt even apologise. This place is run by young inexperienced staff. The chefs were holding their mobile phones in the kitchen.

Absolutely great staff, the lady working upstairs on Sun 24 Oct was a star, she really took care of us. The ambience is great and food wait time isn't very long. We'd love to visit this branch again soon :)

As usual, Nando's didn't disappoint. Ordered food came on time and tasted great. We had the full platter, (which consists of whole chicken with 2 large or 4 regular sides). We went for 2 large sides of spicy rice and chips. Yum!
