Nonno's Pizza St Albans in St Albans

Super friendly staff - I ordered a kids pizza for my two boys and meant to say no cheese on half (as one boy likes sauce only) but didn't mention it before the other boy fell and needed attention. I offered to take the pizza as-ordered but they popped in another for me very kindly. Thank you!

Last night I ordered a margarita pizza and bruschetta. Upon arrival, the pizza tasted bitter, the tomatoes of the bruschetta were fizzy and tasted off and the bread was raw. Tonight, we rung up explaining what happened, they said they will bring us a margarita pizza, pepperoni and bruschetta. Two of the foods didn’t come, but still charged us £20 and said that the tiramisu they sent was free of charge. We rung back to discuss the fact we didn’t get our correct order, and in response said that he would send us the food for £5, claiming he has already treated us by sending a free tiramisu we did not want or asked for. I’m deeply saddened as usually Nonnos has a good reputation.

Really enjoyed the food! Even though they said it would be delayed it came in good time! Very Happy!

After bad experience with Domino’s, I ve recently tried Nonno’s pizza and it was absolutely amazing. I eat halal and they kindly made me halal chicken pizza. Bursting with flavour, dough and tomato sauce they use was amazing.. Believe me especially when it comes to pizza. I am a very fussy eater. Definitely worth the price…I just want to say something about one star reviews here. I noticed that mostly repeat customers leave one star reviews. Some even say they are customer for years. When everything was perfect they don’t leave five star review but when pizza is little late run to keyboard&leave one star?? I don’t know what to say to them.. 🤦🏻‍♂️

We ordered an online delivery which took two hours from placing the order to arriving via Deliveroo. Despite numerous calls to the restaurant, who blamed Deliveroo, the food finally arrived - it was a complete disappointment. A dish named as ‘Prawn Linguine’ arrived - it consisted of a plate full of spaghetti and only 4 prawns!!!!A bill of £100 + for a meal that was an hour and a half later than stated and was nothing but substandard is not acceptable. Very disappointed!

Best Pizza in St Albans. After trying various pizza places that all disappointed, I am glad we stumbled on Nonno's. We have ordered multiple times and it was always great.

Useless and dodgy. I order online, and they confirmed the order, after more than half an hour, they decided to cancel the order. Well i don't care about getting the refund, i care more about the way of dealing with the customers. Just in case they don't know, an order confirmation is a document that confirms the receipt and acceptance of an order. In the industry, the document confirms that an order has been placed. In other industry, especially retail, it confirms an online order placement of consumer goods.

Perfect every time! They never fail to make their dishes with love and effort! You can not go wrong with Nonnos and will not be disappointed.

Wow. where do I start? absolutely amazing service and food is incredible. Its almost like an axperience! I didn't take any pictures of the food since it looked so good to even spare a second with but my god it lived up to its looks. Its like a proper Italian experience! Would 110% come here again, consider me a regular!

The main man is amazing, there is a real vibrant energetic atmosphere here. The waitress was moody and barley looked at us though! Our starters were OK but the pizza is amazing - expensive for what it is but worth a try.
