Pizza Go Go in St Albans

I ordered for the first time and pizza was horrible. I gave one more chance and I'm still waiting my order. I don't recommend 👎

I just call to order my pizza as alawys,and the guy hang up the phone 2 Times.. he said they are busy,but i'm paying for that pizza,I'm a customer aswell..he was very rude,I very like gogo but this time the service dissapointed me

I dont even know where to start.... 2 hrs to deliver a pizza is crazy ...

Can't give 0 stars unfortunately. I placed my order around 6.45pm. I called at 7.02 to ask for a time frame as the online order email didn't mention anything... I was told order will be with me in 20mins. I started calling the store at 7.40pm someone answered near 8pm, only to be told apparently a driver had broken down and they were waiting for another driver to come. I asked the guy to be honest as I had ordered for children and they were now hungry. He was beating around the Bush...I then said il come to collect and I want my money back too.. to that he said he can return £10 I said ok.So... I got my kids in the car and drove to the store waited there another 5 odd minutes for them to ACTUALLY get my order ready. There was a driver waiting to go out and miraculously another driver turned up to take more orders out... which had broken down then??? He returned £10 and I took my order...I ordered and PAID for garlic sauce on top of the pizza... do let me know if you can see the garlic sauce anywhere... the fries were like they'd been cooked yesterday and just warmed up till they were burnt crisp in the oven... the chicken wings... WOW!! BBQ? more like CHARRED to death and the pizza was DRY as anything again like it was cooked yesterday!I felt bad feeding my kids the pizza but it was so late and I had nothing else made 😔£10 back DOES NOT justify the ridiculous experience I had with you!Never ordering with you again!

Ordered delivery pizza and 2 hours later it still hadn’t arrived, the restaurant wouldn’t answer the phone to give status updates!

I’ve ordered here for last time coz the hair that i found on pizza that i’ve ordered.I suggest nobody to buy here(((

Ordered food at 00:52, 2am still not here. Rude customer service ignored the phone 15 times until finally picking up and saying “5 mins away” which is what they said 30 mins before hand when I had first called. Lazy. Just pure Lazy sort your employees out

so terrible 2 and a half hours late, no one answered the phone, pizza looked terrible and was just really sad. Made my partner and I really ill the day after never ordering here again, waste of money. Run

Really bad customer service, food came late and cold. No one was picking up the phone, and there was barely any bbq sauce on the pizza base which made it very dry. Curly fries were amazing, but definitely not worth your money.

I waited an hour for my order and it still hadn’t arrived. I called the restaurant and was advised to wait 2-3 minutes as it was on its way.I called back 10 minutes later and the order had still not been delivered.I asked to speak to the manager and was advised he was “busy” and would not be able to take my call.I explained I did not want the order as it had been over an hour now and that it was an unacceptable level of service.The communication from the restaurant was absolutely appalling and I will now not be ordering from them again. Not worth a single star. They are outrageous
