Pizza Hut UK Ltd in St Albans

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Complained and they still managed to mess up the "compensation". Avoid likeVoivd if I were you.

What can I say. I’ve been eating Pizza Hut exclusively since I was 5 years old. After tonight’s experience, never again. Firstly the order arrived 30 minutes after designated delivery slot despite it being only 2 miles away. I specifically order from Pizza Hut due to the crispy base and crust of their pan pizza but this time, it was frankly s***. We were also missing our dips we ordered and when we opened one of the boxes, we saw what you now see in the photos - a pathetic excuse for a pizza. The person who made this probably didn’t have any thumbs because as you can see, they were very heavy handed on the tomato sauce and only managed to cover half the pizza with cheese. Pizza night has now turned into bread with tomato sauce night. Don’t order from St Albans if you are thinking of having a pizza. Order Domino’s.

The first delivery i had was for medium pizza. It was good because it was still hot when arrived. The service was good and you get what you pay for . 👍

Food is good which is why you go there but would be nice if you could get maybe even a small smile from staff there. None seem happy and it impacts on front of house when collecting. Cheer up guys you make some good food 👍😂

I think its important to support local businesses, so I thought I will try this branch, the gentleman at the counter was far more interested in chatting to his work colleagues rather than serving me, I waited around a minute or so and then just left.

Best pizza hut i’ve ever been to, served us 10 mins before closing time... during quarantine. Nicest staff ive ever met... if you go shoutout to Vikram from uslots of love,Tilly, Anna, Katie and Liv xxx

Ordered pizza for collection. Received pizza went home and pizza is wrong size wrong toppings etc. Called store several times atleast 7 times. They hung up three times without saying anything. They don't answer the phone for anything after 10pm. Have complained to corporate and want my money back. Haven't touched the pizza will deliver it back to them and film the response.They are infuriating. Take your money and they treat you like s***.

I don't normally waste time and energy on leaving bad reviews but it's not the first or even second time it happened. Order always arrives LATE. This time it took 50 minutes instead of quoted 15-25 so of course pizza arrived COLD. Before from the same location it took even 1,5 hours! I'm at work and I have to call each time to find what the story is. I'm also being called on the phone myself as the driver DOESN'T KNOW DIRECTIONS (and that's after so many visits as it's not just me ordering but there were corporate events too). Suggestion is: scrap your GPS devices and use Google because it shows perfect directions. Then I'm being asked to go outside to COLLECT it myself, NO APOLOGIES and NO RECEIPT (had to ask for it). Pizza not only cold but also UNCUT as always. They haven't sharpened their knives for months! Me and my friends are switching to Papa Johns, Dominos or something else as it's not an Xbox or Playstation kind of choice, this is just pizza. I'm asking for a full refund please as a matter of principle.
