Silver Palate in St Albans

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Very willing to adapt a salad to suit my daughter in laws vegan diet. Great atmosphere. Excellent customer service.

First time we've been here, will be back! Visited 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Wide selection of food, our meals were very good. Fab buzzing atmosphere

This is a lovely friendly restaurant. The food is delicious, well presented, with large portions. The menu has a good selection. No table reservations are accepted but customers are served quickly. We will definitely be returning.

This is "Harpenden central". It is a popular meeting place. There is a restaurant and a separate shop selling Mediterranean food. The menu is limited. The service is very slow @ present and it is above average price wise. The George is good competition and service is slicker.

We popped in for an impromptu lunch today, and ordered the paella, seafood linguine and a portion of fries. The food was flavoursome and well seasoned.Service was attentive without being overbearing despite the restaurant being very busy.Would make a special effort to return to this place as we enjoyed it so much!

Really nice atmosphere and the food is delicious.

Ordered a English breakfast and a veggie breakfast. Drinks were an almond cappuccino and the carrot / apple/ ginger/ orange juice.Firstly, the juice was very watered down and the almond milk for the coffee had gone off giving a very sour taste.The mushrooms we're deep fried. The hash brown was very oily.Paid £30 altogether. Very disappointed. Place looks good but food isn't at all worth while. won't be going back.

The American 🇺🇸 and the Italian 🇮🇹 are great choices. Disappointed that their “whole leaf” teas are just teabags!! 😒

I came with a group of 9 and they were very adaptable to our large group. The wait staff was friendly and fast. The food was delicious! Portions were great for the amount you were paying for it. I had avocado toast and pancakes. The pancakes were AMAZING! The avocado toast was good but I wouldn’t get it again. I hope to be back again before our trip is over!

Newly refurbed, went to have brunch there the other day. Service was good, food was well presented and tasty! Coffee here is really good. Worth stopping by!
