Really amazing food, lovely decor, service was spot on, couldn't fault the experience. Food was very tasty and the lunch menu offer is very good value. You have to try the cocktails, they are so good, a bit different, but amazing! Will def be coming back. Love the decor also, and it was busy, but not super busy which was nice as you can have a conversation without it feeling too loud!

An excellent evening with some great food. Had two different set menu options - definitely not short on variation and some amazing flavours. Staff very helpful. An really good, and filling, evening. Look forward to going again for some different choices and would not hesitate to going backThank you

Omg omg omg. The best sunday roast I've ever had. The beef was sublime. Gravy to die for. Lots of perfectly roasted vegetables. Lashings of horseradish. Honestly it was wonderful. The pate with caviar was a great starter. And the mousse dessert was sweet and delicate. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. What a great restaurant. Book early to avoid disappointment.

My friend and I had a wonderful Sunday lunch here at the weekend. The cocktails were amazing and the food was outstanding. We chose the mackerel starter, it was tasty and just enough. The roast beef was hands down the best roast I have ever had. Plenty of veg and all full of flavour. Surprised that they don’t make their own yorkshires but maybe they’re too busy ensuring that everything else is so good.Only very slight negative for me was that I wasn’t keen on the live music. It’s a very small restaurant and although they were really quite good they probably would’ve been more appreciated on an evening. That’s just me though.Really can’t wait to go again!

Absolutely superb restaurant. We had Sunday lunch. Great original cocktails - we managed to try the whole list ( 🤫 ) a bit of trouble with the bubble machine but great fun once it worked. The staff, food, drink, ambience, decor all totally fabulous 👌

Phenomonal. A fantastic addition to George Street. Popped in the other day for lunch and pleasantly surprised. Firstly, the decor is lovely, with a unique taste that is so refreshing, that when combined with the atmosphere is lovely. There is plenty of seating and my one of my favourite choices is the seating area towards the back where the mirrors along with the skylight really brighten the room and make you just want to sit there all day having a drink. Regarding the drinks there is plenty to choose, from cocktails, to spirits to wine, that are all reasonably priced. The lunch menu followed through with also being brilliant value, and I must say the food was delicious. I have had some burgers in my time *pats gut* but this was the nicest I have had. Furthermore, I admired that the lunch menu did not bombard you with 100's of choices, it was easy and straight forward, as I tend to find a lot of places during lunch assault you with millions of choices and it becomes exhausting. Finally, the staff are delightful, attentive and incredibly polite. Overall, brilliant value and brilliant quality. It was a fantastic brasserie and I will be going there in the future to try their dinner menu. I highly recommend you go!

The fixed menu is perfect for a group meal. The lamb tacos were my favourite. we even managed to please an old school "I just like meat and chips" kind of old man.The wine was beautiful tooSo excited for this new addition to St Albans and will be back regularly

Good, tasty lunch at Ology Brasserie St.Albans. Adequate, short, interesting menu. Two duck flatbread and chips, with garlic mayo. Friendly, efficient service and good, relaxed atmosphere. Nice glass ceiling and a mirrored wall make it light and seem spacious. A welcome addition to the area. ÂŁ15 for main, side and house drink. Good value!

Visited the Abbey tonight with friends for the first time, I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to visit and try this wonderful restaurant. The decor is lovely and works well keeping in the St Albans theme, lots of mirrors to keep the venue bright and open. The food and service didn’t disappoint, the Goats Cheese starter was wonderfully light and flavourful. The main course Lamb was very well cooked and tasted wonderful. We will be visiting again very soon, they have a superb upstairs space for private events too.
