Drove pasts this place a lot and decided to try the afternoon tea. Booked for an occasion, the best thing was the scone. The sandwiches were awful , literally bread and cucumber bread and tomato bread and avocado cheese with too much pickle and egg mayo. Would not waste money here again. Service it was quiet and yet we had to ask for tea refill 3 times .The chef needs to improve the sandwich fillings. I would rate this 1 out of 10 it was that boring.

The room was fine. Clean and bed comfortable. However the food wasn't good. 8oz Gammon that was nothing like and overcooked burgers. Bar Staff seemed new and not particularly bothered to provide food customer service. Staff who we complained to seemed indifferent. Expensive food for such poor quality .

Stayed overnight and attended a wedding here. Service from the staff was poor, the hotel overall is run down and the walk to my room was long and bizarre. My alcohol induced sleep was ok, the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast in the morning was also strange, the usual buffet style breakfast but the egg choices were rubbery scrambled egg or hard boiled eggs. I really missed a fried or poached egg on my toast. I will not be staying here again.

We had 2 suites at the back of the hotel. My husband is disabled, so suited us well as ge did nit need to use any stairs, he was able to go in through the French door. The kids had plenty of space to run around just outside the rooms. The rooms were lovely. Everything we needed. Would recommend.

Stayed at the Aubrey Park Hotel for two nights for a conference. The good points first: the conference room facilities were good and the evening meal was one of the best meals we have had as a group. The hotel was very disappointing - it just felt tired and unloved. The shower tray in my room was cracked, carpets in the hallways stained, everywhere in need of a coat of a paint; no hot water on the second night or following morning; poor breakfast choice with hot food all cooked at the start of the shift, totally uninspiring; the staff were trying to do their best but lacked leadership. Clearly has seen better days

Just ok. I really don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast and dinner for the coach tour is buffet style. Nice selection available however the food is so cold. Today no scrambled egg as no cream to make it?my cushion in the room has some stains on it. Hospitality and service not good. Not enough staff in the dining area for how busy the restaurant is.

Welcoming receptionist..Good location for those who want a quiet n peaceful weekend away from the city life.Room is v small, unfriendly restaurant manager, decor of hotel need some tlc. Inside of Heater was full of spiderweb, not v clean. A bit disappointed cos the hotel is rated 4star, was expecting more from this hotel.

Everyone was happy at the wedding reception last night, bar and restaurant staff really nice and overseen by someone that knows what their doing. DJ good too as was perfectly cooked dinner and snacks later. Bed was comfortable and shower hot and not cramped. Breakfast this morning was perfect including the coffee. Thanks for great time. Was a solo, 20 yr old female guest and felt really safe during my stay. Plenty of parking for cars. Super accommodating to my needs and let me check in early. Really friendly staff, there was a power cut for half an hour but they kept everyone informed and sorted it quickly. Room was spotless with plenty of towels and great blackout curtains. Will definitely be returning!!

I confess some of the reviews made me wonder if I'd done the right thing with this booking, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. My room was clean and well-decorated. If the weather had been nicer I could have used the seating area outside the room.I asked for dairy-free lunches and these were provided without any issues at all. The chef was available every day to tell me which lunches were suitable for me. Evening meals were good, especially given the current supply-chain issues.
